Cullum Treated Cassius With Obvious Disdain
Cullum treated Cassius with obvious disdain when he advocated for his older sister Britt Westbourne, (Kelly Thiebaud) regarding her Huntington’s Disease meds.
Previously, he’d learned from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) that there were no more doses left, after Cullum had smashed the two that Britt had during the incident on Pier 55.
Cassius had convinced Britt to complete their father, Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project, a weapon involving cold fusion.
Cassius convinced Britt to play nice with their bosses, and perhaps she could overcome the damage from her attempt to run off with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
When he talked to Cullum alone, telling him to get more doses from his supplier, Cullum treated him with obvious disdain-he’d told Britt she’ll get more doses when she makes more progress!

Cullum Sees The Same Scenario With Cassius And Lulu As He Did With Britt And Jason
Cullum sees the same scenario with Cassius and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) as he did with Britt and Jason-with Lulu an investigative reporter with police ties, she’s dangerous.
Lulu hadn’t known Cassius’ late twin, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) well, but she knew him well enough to tell the difference if Cassius slipped up.
A romance, especially with Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) now former best friend wasn’t part of Cassius’ assignment, and he’s slipped up a couple of times!
Not to mention, Cullum can tell that Cassius isn’t the ruthless henchman he was trained to be-he’s let himself become emotionally attached.

Not only is he emotionally attached to his sister, he’s attached to someone who could blow his cover, and the whole operation along with it!
Cassius Is Offended When Cullum Berates Him
Cullum has not yet been released from General Hospital, because his gunshot wound was serious-he could have died had he not received immediate medical attention.
He calls Cassius for a private meeting, making sure that no one can get into the hospital room and sure that no one will interrupt them.
“Nathan” should not be investigating Cullum, and Cullum took the investigation of his shooting out of the PCPD’s hands, but they use Britt for the cover, during her GH shift.
Cullum berates him, warning him that he cannot form attachments as “Nathan” that Nathan didn’t have before-the attachment to Lulu, for instance.
Cassius is offended that Cullum doesn’t trust him, and his personal life should be separate from his job!
