General Hospital: Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) General Hospital spoilers hint that Chase (Josh Swickard) may decide to tell the truth to about what happened between him and Sasha. As viewers know, Chase and Sasha came up with a plan to get Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) together. They did this by pretending to have cheated on them with each other, but this caused them heartbreak in the long run, although their plan worked. In upcoming episodes, Chase may decide to tell the truth about what happened that night but will he go through with it?

General Hospital Spoilers – Harrison Chase And Sasha Gilmore Take a Risk After Willow found out about Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos

(Eric and Theodore Olson) not being her son, she tried to put some distance between her and Willey, but this only caused her to avoid her true feelings. However, after Nelle entered back into their lives, Michael, Willow, Sasha, and Chase decided to find a way to keep the young boy away from Nelle.

Although they thought that Michael could win full custody against Nelle, they wanted to make sure that it would happen. This is when the plan was started by Sasha who thought that Willow and Michael should get married. However, no one like the idea however, after everyone began getting a little worried about Nelle, Sasha and Chase decided that they would push Willow and Michael together.

Michael and Willow got married the day before the court case and this did help them in court as the judge saw how much they loved Wiley. However, Sasha and Chase have not come clean about what they really did and how they had not actually cheated. In upcoming episodes, Chase will wonder if it time to come clean about what happened between him and Sasha.

Chase has also been busy with his job and Sasha has gotten addicted due to their plan. It will be interesting to see how the truth coming out will affect everyone. What do you think?
