General Hospital Spoilers: Could Lois Cerullo Return To Port Charles To Help Ned Quartermaine?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) believing he’s his Eddie Maine persona from the 1990s is a storyline that could drag on for a bit. Not only is it offering major nostalgic vibes for long-time fans, but it’s also buying Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watros) time when it comes to her secret.

Lois Cerullo (Ren Sofer) was Ned’s love at that point in time. Could she return to help her ex-hubby during his medical emergency?

General Hospital  Spoilers – He May Need A Familiar Face Around

GH spoilers suggest that Ned may believe he’s rock and roll star Eddie Maine for a while. Added teasers imply that he will likely reject his current wife Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and could gravitate toward an old ex. This may mean he starts having feelings for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) once again, or possibly still be in love with his ex-wife Lois, who also happens to be Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) bio mom.

Ned will likely feel confused and frustrated over the coming days ahead. Familiar faces like mom Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) may be a comfort; however, Tracy isn’t the nurturing type, so the doctor could recommend having someone he was close with during his Eddie Maine years return to town for a visit. It’s the land of soaps, so in doing so, perhaps it may help jog his memory or at least help calm the internal struggle he is having.

As Lois is BLQ’s mom, she may hop on the first flight (wherever she is) and make a stop in Port Charles. Sure, Lois and Ned are exes, but that doesn’t mean Cerullo doesn’t care for her daughter’s dad. She may be willing to help do anything she can to help. Even if it is just for Brook Lynn’s sake.

GH Spoilers – Could Rena Sofer Return?

Actress Rena Sofer is the most recognizable Lois; however, actress Lesli Kay also played the role from 2004 to 2005, so either lady could return to reprise the part. Then again, the character could be recast again. No official word yet on whether or not Cerullo could or would return to Port Charles, but anything is possible in the land of soaps!
