The General Hospital audience already knows that Nelle is possibly Nina’s daughter. However, fans certainly have questions about the writers and whether they will keep this as truth. Some rumors have been circulating that Nina really has a son instead of a daughter. Cynthia hints that Nelle could be her daughter and that fans are likely to see a new side of Nelle if she returns. Nelle hasn’t had a decent family life and has ruined every good relationship she has had so far. Can the love of her mother change Nelle’s outlook on life? Will Nina’s love make Nelle a likable person if she returns from the dead?

General Hospital’s Nina started out looking for her daughter. Nelle is supposedly dead which means that Nina’s last interaction with her daughter was to testify against her in court. Thanks to Nina, Nelle lost custody of her son for good. If Nelle does return, can she ever forgive her mother for siding with who she sees as the enemy? Nelle hated the Corinthos family and Nina was well aware of that. However, Nina did nothing but tell the truth. Nelle would not accept love from anyone. Nelle wanted to be contentious with everyone. Nelle was afraid to accept love from anyone before her supposed death, will she act any differently if she does return. Can Nina get through to Nelle?

General Hospital’s Nelle can’t logically blame Nina for her childhood. Nina was in a coma caused by her mother Madeliene Reeves (Donna Mills). Nelle lost out on a relationship with her father and her half-sister, both of who were brutally murdered. Nina woke up to learn that her child had died only to find out well over twenty years later that her child had been given away. Could Nina have made a difference in Nelle’s life if she had known about her sooner? Would Nelle have accepted her mother and turned out to be a better person? Has Madeliene completely ruined Nelle’s life if she does return?

Writers I know you aren’t gonna force nelle done our throats again,she a good actresss but even a good actress can be over played we the audience are tired of the Nelle Show we like the other actors and want to see them,every time she is brought back it’s like you are forcing her on us,she takes over the show and she’s not all that,if you want her to have a show get that 1:00 slot and start a new soap!

Nelle didn't die when she let go of Carley's hands. Those who found a young dead woman thought it was Nelle, but a DNA was never done on the corpse. So Nelle can come back and she should. She's a wonderful actress and would change so much with someone who cared about her. Bring her back.
Whoever did Nina's makeup for this picture should do it on set. She's actually very pretty in this picture and her lips looks especially good. They don't look like that on GH. Study the look in this picture then do it on set.
When the bring Nelle back (and they will) eventually, no one will buy a new reformed Nelle because of Nina.'s nuturing……..Chloe Lanier is a great actress…..but the whole Nelle thing again is stale and old……Unless they bring her back and theres a major plot twist, its just not going to work
