General Hospital Spoilers: Devious Esme Slipped An Aphrodisiac In Nikolas’ Drink?

General Hospital: Esme Prince (Avery Kristen General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) could have slipped an aphrodisiac in Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) liquor!  Nikolas was much too ready to succumb to Esme’s seduction in a recent GH episode to not have some kind of drug influence!

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Was Upset And Drinking But Not That Vulnerable

Nikolas had come from a fight with Ava Cassadine (Maura West) at The Metro Court, and he was upset and drinking but not that vulnerable; he could have just said no! Esme was already in the castle and had a fight with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and he had gone out to get some air. Her suitcase was packed and she threatened to not be there when he returned, and immediately went to cry some crocodile tears to Nikolas!

She was there in that room long enough alone with Nikolas to have slipped an aphrodisiac in his liquor when he wasn’t looking. It’s in Esme’s wheelhouse to drug people’s liquor, as witnessed by her drugging Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) hot toddy- no one would be surprised if she drugged Nikolas’ drink!

GH Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Turned From Father Figure To Lover In A Quick Minute

Nikolas turned from father figure and confidant to Esme to illicit lover in a quick minute, and it didn’t take any effort at all on her part! For a man who was hurting from his wife’s rejection, he seemed to fall for Esme’s seduction all too quickly for it to be a natural process. It was Esme who Ava has been upset about and why she banished Nikolas from her bed – she didn’t want her living at Wyndemere Castle. If Nikolas wanted to win Ava back, why would he so easily and quickly turn to Esme for love, affection and sex? The only thing that makes sense is if Esme drugged him with an aphrodisiac!

General Hospital Spoilers – Esme Prince Was Following Ryan Chamberlain’s Orders

The seduction was not really Esme’s idea, but her father Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) and it was he who told her to seduce Nikolas away from Ava. Ryan wants Ava “back” even though he never really had her in the first place, but his obsession tells him otherwise; he really believes that Ava was in love with him. Previous GH episodes revealed that it was actually Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) or who she thought was Kevin that Ava fell for, but Ryan had switched with him.

Ryan had gotten the better of Kevin while Kevin was treating him in Ferncliff Sanitarium and imprisoned him under heavy drugs and straitjackets. Ryan had a nurse, Mary Pat Ingles (Patricia Bethune) helping him who he later murdered when she threatened to expose him.

GH Spoilers – An Aphrodisiac In Liquor Would Have Done The Trick

An aphrodisiac in liquor with Nikolas already getting drunk would have done the trick to get him to give in to Esme’s seductions so, so easily. There would have been no inhibitions and only pure physical lust and passion with Nikolas feeling neglected by his wife a small factor! Esme may have popped an aphrodisiac herself, since it’s not the usual thing for a girl her age to get turned on by someone old enough to be her father! On the other hand, Esme definitely has some daddy issues, with her real daddy causing them all!
