However, instead of blowing the whistle on him, she wants him to be her secret weapon. Nina needs some backup of her own, and who better to turn to than Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) right-hand man? It’s up to Nina to keep her SEC informant status hush-hush, so she’ll rely on Dex to help keep her private business safe. With these two playing both sides, it’s only a matter of time before Sonny finds out, right?

Nina has gotten herself into a bit of a pickle. When she made the decision to tattle on Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to the SEC, she never expected it would lead to the cascade of events that have taken place since. Moreover, she stands to lose a lot more now that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is finally letting her into her life. The problem is, keeping her involvement in this scandal a secret has been rather nerve-wracking. She’s constantly worried that Sonny and Willow are going to find out what she did — and that the consequences could be disastrous.

When Dex finds out what she’s been up to, she will panic — that is, until she comes into information on him at the same time. These two are going to dance around one another’s secrets in search of the best way to scratch each others’ backs.

GH Spoilers Leak Dex is a Double Agent

Nina is in for a surprise when she discovers that Dex has been secretly working with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), all thanks to Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) clever tactics. Although one might think that Sonny’s fiancé would be alarmed to learn of Dex’s betrayal, Nina couldn’t be more thrilled. It’s great to know that Sonny has a loyal friend and servant on his side.

However, Nina is well aware that Dex wants to keep his covert actions hidden from Sonny. Once she realizes that she has a bargaining chip with Dex, Nina will plan to take advantage of the situation and strongarm Dex into doing her dirty work, too.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina’s Big Ask

How could Dex possibly help Nina? All she needs is for him to make it look like Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) really did rat Carly and Drew out to the SEC. Everyone already believes he did. A little proof would go a long way in convincing everyone to drop it and stop nosing around.

Besides, Ned won’t really be on the hook for it now that he thinks he’s Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth). Eddie couldn’t care less about anything that Ned did. It’s a win-win, right? Dex isn’t likely to see it that way, but he’s not going to be in much of a position to negotiate.
