General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Attorney Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will advise Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) on how to fight Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) visitation challenge in an upcoming episode of General Hospital!
General Hospital Spoilers – Michael Corinthos And Willow Tait Don’t Want Nina Reeves Near Wiley Corinthos
General Hospital viewers will remember that Michael especially doesn’t want Nina anywhere near Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and if she wants to avoid conflict with Michael, Willow pretty much has to agree with him regardless of what she thinks. General Hospital viewers will remember that Willow’s heart is whatever is best for Wiley, not whatever Michael’s grudge against Nina is for taking Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) from his family or Nina’s daughter having been Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier)!
But Diane knows that there are some things in Michael’s past, including his recent past, that could prove problematic should Nina decide to go full speed ahead for custody, but there are just as many things in her past that could be brought up as well. Poor Willow is just kind of stuck in the middle, and she doesn’t want a bunch of grudges and ugliness to affect Wiley especially when it’s centered around him!
GH Spoilers – Diane Miller Also Brings Up What Is Best For Wiley Corinthos
General Hospital viewers know that Diane will also bring up the topic of what is best for Wiley, because that is how any type of family court works, even when it is only a court challenge to obtain visitation. With Wiley old enough to know who his grandmother is and having previously gotten to know her a little bit, he has formed attachments to her.
General Hospital viewers will likely see Diane caution Michael and Willow that no family court judge is going to go for an approach that tears a child away and breaks their attachments to a relative forcefully. The only time families are separated in that manner and children are forcefully taken away are in cases of clear-cut abuse, and Diane advises no one can prove any abuse by Nina. Michael brings up Nina inducing labor in Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and kidnapping newborn Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola).

General Hospital Spoilers – Do They Really Want To Go There?
General Hospital viewers can imagine Diane may ask Michael do they really want to go there; yes, they have to show how being around Nina could have adverse effects on Wiley in order to get a denial of visitation rights. But they also need to save the big guns for if they need them – and those are some pretty big guns and this has been several years back, they need something more current.
Diane suggests the court may want to see some more current examples, perhaps focusing on how much Avery and Donna Corinthos (Arya and Ayla Dormiani) missed their father when he was presumed dead for all those months and how Nina could have easily prevented their suffering. General Hospital viewers can imagine that Michael and Willow will agree with that – it shows Nina’s selfishness in spite of small children mourning a father who wasn’t even dead!

Yes! Always love Diane! She always tells it straight and doesn’t hold back. She’s always funny and moves stories along. The Corinthos/Quartermaine/Morgan families keep her very busy. Love how close and protective she always is of Michael too. She saw Harmony for who she is, but trusts her friend. That won’t go well for Alexis. She was ready to go after Austin over Edward’s Will too- she helped write it she said- but that story seems totally dropped now. Is Valentin still running ELQ??
Absolutely yes! Love Diane; she tells it like it is and doesn't mince words.
Wouldn't it be great if she were to expose Harmony, thus helping Alexis.
Seems to this fan Harmony is planning something to get Alexis back on alcohol.
Really want her (Harmony) to pay for killing Neil.
If Willow is pregnant, please, writers, let it be Michael's. We need some "good"
stuff; and Molly helping prosecute Trina…NO NO NO! When is Esme going to be
found out and gotten rid of? When is Ryan going to be found out and gotten rid
of? When is Victor going to be found out and gotten rid of? And Nicholas buying
into Esme's tale of woe…not very smart. Want Ava to nip that one immediately.
Ava is on Trina's side; want her to see Esme playing up to Nicholas and have a
"word" with her and kick her out of Windermere.
Is the "real" Sonny back for good? Nina should go to court (that's what she wants)
and a DNA test run on Wiley (immediately) to show she is no relative.
Loved Carly today; think she's doing a terrific job in her role; and telling Nina off
(even though it didn't work) is like the icing on a cake!
YESSSSSSS!!!!!
Unless she’s a danger to him the way NYS laws work is she’s has an established relationship with Wiley and the judge will play off of that!
I absolutely do want to see more of Diane. She's been off canvas way to long. She is just a fun charecter to watch. Smart, funny, quick witted and had no backup. Bring her back full time.
