General Hospital Spoilers: Did Stella Really Meet A Relative in Europe? Or Is She Hiding A Secret?

General Hosptial (GH) spoilers tease that Stella Henry (Vernee Watson-Johnson) made a quick return home to check on things before returning to Europe with this long lost cousin she found through one of those genealogy sites. But many viewers are suspicious that Stella wouldn’t just go off and travel about Europe for such an extended period of time with a relative she just met!

General Hospital Spoilers – Perhaps the real connection is someone else

It’s possible that Stella created this long lost relative to hide the fact that she was actually matched with a much closer relative, perhaps even a child she gave up for adoption. This wouldn’t necessarily have to be someone we already know or have met; although Trina Robinson (Sydney MiKayla) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) have both been mentioned as a possible child that Stella gave up for adoption. Curtis was raised as Stella’s nephew, but perhaps he’s actually her son.

GH Spoilers – The European trip

Both the timing and the circumstances of Stella’s sudden connection to a distant relative she had never met is kind of suspicious. The original genealogy report indicated that Stella’s newfound relative was not a distant relative but a very closely related one. It’s possible the report was wrong or there was some other snafu, but that doesn’t seem likely. Then Stella makes contact with this distant relative and goes to Europe alone with them for several months. That doesn’t sound like something Stella would be comfortable with.

Is it possible that Stella made up this mysterious relative so as not to have to reveal that she had a child she gave up for adoption? Could Stella be touring Europe alone in order to make this relative seem like the real deal. None of the rest of the family has met this cousin, so that is even stranger. It truly looks like Stella invented this whole newfound relative to avoid a much deeper secret.

Is Stella telling the truth about her trip with her new companion? Or does it seem all made up, perhaps to cover up a secret child that Stella doesn’t wasn’t to talk about. It’s certainly her decision, but it seems like it would be easier to just tell people to mind their own business instead of creating such an elaborate deception.
