General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Cain Faking His Conditioning, Planning To Kill Peter!

General Hospital Spoilers tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is finally out of his prison. He’s been held by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) at the behest of Peter August (Wes Ramsey) for a couple years now. Peter had promised to provide Victor with the means to control Drew since his father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) programmed Drew originally. Peter did find a way to activate Cesar’s conditioning but instead of giving the information to Victor, he took control of Drew himself.

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain realized he had been under Peter August’s control!

After a test run, Drew realized he had lost time and had been injured. He confided in fellow prisoner, Dr. Leisl O’Brecht (Kathleen Gati) who suggested that Drew fight the conditioning by thinking about his daughter the next time Peter tries to take control. But then the prison was discovered by the WSB and Peter needed to escape. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) tried to lead Drew to safety but Peter shot them both and Drew took a dive off a very high footbridge. But it was later revealed that Drew had been wearing a bullet proof vest but was apparently still under Peter’s control.

General Hospital Spoilers – Peter August has found a way to elude capture for years now.

But perhaps things aren’t what they seem. Peter has managed to escape capture so many times and it quite resourceful. Drew might be biding his time until he can take Peter completely by surprise in order to keep him from getting away yet again, Leisl’s idea to break Peter’s hold may have worked after all. Drew may be waiting for the right moment to strike! But he may have to act very soon before Peter orders him to kill someone that Drew cares for. Add that to the fact that Drew wants to end the threat of Peter once and for all, he may not be able to fake loyalty for an extended period of time.

GH Spoilers – Drew Cain might succeed where so many others have failed!

So many people have been trying to bring Peter down for a long time now. He continues to rise out of the ashes of each seeming defeat. But his luck can’t last forever. Considering that Peter has cost Drew several years of his life, he might just be the right person with the right motivation to end the threat of Peter for good. Look for big developments coming over the next few weeks in the saga of Peter August!
