General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Cain Loses It, Punches Ned Quartermaine During Face-Off

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will soon return to Port Charles, and after the fan fair around his arrival back home settles down, he’ll be ready to face the music around his insider trading charges. The character’s portrayer recently caught up with Soap Opera Digest (SOD) to talk about who Cain will believe is behind the entire debacle.

General Hospital Spoilers- Drew Cain Is Ready To Square Off Against Ned Quartermaine

Cameron Mathison tells SOD that Drew will square off against Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) as soon as he can and will attack his cousin both “physically and verbally”. According to Cameron, Cain will believe wholeheartedly that Ned was the one who ran to the SEC.

The actor reveals that Drew will be in “protective mode” and be worried most about the repercussions Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) faces. Unfortunately, as soon as Drew lays his eyes on Ned upon his return to the Quatermaine mansion, fists will be flying in his cousin’s direction.

GH Spoilers – The Punch That’ll Be Heard Across Port Charles

Mathison tells SOD that Drew will have so much pent-up anger towards Ned that when he sees him, he’ll punch him in the face. Except, after doing so, Ned will continue to plead his innocence. Drew won’t be buying his cousin’s “act” in the heat of the moment; however, when he has a chance to calm down, the entire scenario will run through his head, leaving him confused.

After all, Ned can be ruthless in business, but would he really do so while Cain was out on a mission to find Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) so that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) could be saved? Drew will realize that this doesn’t sound like typical Ned behavior. However, if Ned didn’t rat him and Carly out, then Cain will wonder who did.

Will anyone point the arrow of blame toward Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)? Can Drew, Carly, or even Ned put two-and-two together? Keep watching GH on ABC to see what happens next and visit CBL regularly for all the greatest General Hospital news and spoilers.
