General Hospital spoilers suggest that Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) may be the next to discover that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) daughter. Will Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) swear Drew to secrecy?
General Hospital – Harmony Miller Wants Carly Corinthos To Keep Quiet
General Hospital’s Carly will urge Harmony Miller (Inga Cadrenal) to tell Willow the truth about her parentage. However, Harmony will turn the tables and insist that Carly keep quiet. Willow has no idea that Harmony isn’t her mother and she wants to keep it that way. Willow and Harmony have just begun to get close again and she doesn’t want anything to come between them.
Harmony also knows that Carly doesn’t want Nina interfering with her family any more than she already has and will use this to get her way. Will Harmony tell Carly the whole story about how she came to raise Nina’s daughter? How did Harmony end up with Nelle Benson’s (ex-Chloe Lanier) twin?
General Hospital – Carly Corinthos Is On A Mission
General Hospital’s Carly knows that Harmony insists that she owes Nina. Carly could put things together with this information and figure out that Willow is Nina’s daughter. Will Harmony confirm this or will Carly have to put the pieces together herself? Later Drew will insist on confronting Carly about something. Will Drew discover the truth as well and demand to know what Carly is going to do with it?
Unfortunately, Carly is likely to insist that Drew stay quiet considering everything that Nina has already taken from her. Could Drew try to convince Carly that she doesn’t want a repeat of the last time? Wasn’t Carly keeping the secret about Nelle that caused Nina to go after Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?
General Hospital – Drew Cain Is Carly Corinthos’ New Voice Of Reason
General Hospital’s Drew has taken over as Carly’s voice of reason now that Jason Morgan (ex-Steve Burton) is no longer around. Drew isn’t likely to want to keep quiet and will encourage Carly to speak up as well. Will Carly heed Drew’s warning and tell the truth about Willow’s parentage? Will Drew agree to keep quiet until Carly has solid proof? Drew has always been very honest and forthright. Changing Drew’s character at this point would not be the best of ideas. Will Drew remain true to character and push Carly to be honest?
Carly may give Drew a good argument for keeping her secret. However, Drew could be just as insistent on telling the truth. Who will win the tell or don’t tell argument?

I don't really understand what Nina would be taking from Carly since Willow is not hers and neither is Wiley. I know I'm in the minority but Carly is a selfish person and always has been. Willow and Nina deserve the truth. She had a father and a half sister too it's not just about getting back at Nina.

So tired of Carly a grown woman to need a voice of reason in order to make decisions she should be able to make without the support of anyone. Carly is not helpless and this need for a voice of reason in her life needs to be stopped as it weakens the character which writers are trying to present as being so "big and bad", can't have your cake and eat it too. Drew doesn't need to be brought into Carly's decision as to whether she should or should not reveal the truth about Willow. Jax was in on the Nelle reveal and led Carly to make the decision to keep it. Now Drew will be brought in to try and allow Carly to rationalize what she should do. Poor use of three characters if you ask me. Willow does need to know the truth and sooner than later.
As much as I would hate to disagree with you, they both deserve to know the truth.
