GH spoilers reveal that Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) made it through the surgery and will survive. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) can’t wrap her mind around what Carly told her. Willow wants answers and to get an understanding of her mother’s actions.

In Tuesday’s episode, Carly will visit Harmony in the ICU. Carly makes it clear to Harmony that she needs to confess. Carly will tell her that Willow deserves to know the truth. However, we know that later in the week, Harmony asks Carly to keep a secret. So, it sounds as if Harmony will still try to keep the truth about her many crimes and lies.

In Tuesday’s episode, fans can also expect Sonny and Nina to have a conversation. As Nina looks worried, Sonny opens up to her about a certain situation. In the preview clip for Tuesday, Sonny talks about something that he can’t easily forgive. It is also teased that Sonny will open up to Nina even more. It is also stated that during May sweeps, Sonny and Nina get closer.
