General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Ignores All Willow’s Crimes & Takes Revenge On Wrong Man

General Hospital spoilers say that, seeing how she’s put him through so much misery and turmoil, one would think Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) would do everything he could to put Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) in her place, which would be behind bars for as long as possible.

But that hasn’t been the case at all.

Drew Is Going After The Wrong Person

Instead, it seems like Drew is going after the wrong person, as he apparently has more smoke, so to speak, for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) than for his ex-lover.

Plus, it’s been pointed out that Drew and Sonny haven’t really had many interactions over the years, which makes this entire plan to take him down even stranger.

There’s also the fact that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been involved in all of this.

Sure, she might have been the one to push Drew into the pool, but let’s not forget that Willow was the mastermind behind Drew’s shooting.

Also, let’s not forget that when Drew first came out of his locked-in state, he couldn’t wait to go straight to the police to tell them what Willow did.

However, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) blackmailed him with evidence that he had embezzled campaign funds.

Yet Drew doesn’t seem to be paying much attention to either Nina or Willow.

One would think he should be getting his revenge on them instead of trying to ruin whatever is left of Sonny’s life.

Unless, of course, there’s another ulterior motive that General Hospital fans don’t know about.

As Celebrating The Soaps previously reported, Drew and Ava’s scheme to frame Sonny could have serious consequences once the truth comes out.

What’s Next For Drew?

If all of that weren’t enough, Drew should also be upset with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) for her exposé.

Of course, Drew has already confronted Lulu and made threats over the article, but his attention still seems to be shifting toward Sonny.

As Drew’s furious confrontation with Lulu revealed, he certainly wasn’t pleased when she exposed what Willow had done to him.

However, that doesn’t explain why he’s so determined to bring down Sonny.

So far, the writers of General Hospital haven’t publicly addressed this particular criticism.

For now, it seems like Drew is going in the wrong direction.

Simply put, Drew appears more upset with the former mob boss than with the woman who shot him and later left him trapped in his own body.

And while Lulu’s article embarrassed him, it also exposed the woman responsible for much of his suffering.

Meanwhile, Soap Opera Spy reports that Drew and Justine Turner could join forces against Sonny, which could make his revenge campaign even more complicated.

Is Drew deliberately avoiding Willow because he has something to hide?

Or does he simply believe that destroying Sonny will give him the satisfaction he’s looking for?

Then again, GH fans will have to tune in each day to find out what happens next.

I don’t understand Drew’s obsession with Sonny when Willow is the one who caused him so much suffering.

She shot him, and then she made his situation even worse by putting him into that locked-in state.

Yet somehow, Sonny has become Drew’s biggest enemy!

I also think Drew is playing a dangerous game by protecting information about Willow while going after Sonny.

If he’s worried about what might come out about his own activities, that would certainly explain some of his strange decisions.

But I have to wonder whether his revenge plan is going to blow up in his face.

Drew has made plenty of enemies in Port Charles, and sooner or later, someone is going to make him pay.
