General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will make an offer to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) next week on the ABC soap.
Considering one is nearly as bad as the other when it comes to manipulations and sneaky tricks, will the two exes become partners in crime?
Key Takeaways
- Drew approaches Willow with a suspicious offer
- Willow fears Drew could expose her paralytic drug scheme
- Drew may have a plan to free Nina from Steinmauer
- Ava faces legal trouble over Brennan’s disappearance
- Drew could turn against Ava to protect himself
Willow Looks Nervous As Drew Approaches Her At The Gatehouse
Willow looks nervous as Drew approaches her at the gatehouse on the Quartermaine property, where she’s living with her and Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) kids, Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Sienna Goerisch).
Drew, on the other hand, doesn’t look nervous at all, in spite of his forbidden status from the Quartermaine property, including the gatehouse.
Drew makes his offer—and it sounds like a deal, as she nervously asks him to clarify what he is proposing.
But Willow proceeds with caution, having a lot of experience with double-dealing Drew; she knows that he could tell the police and other interested parties that the paralytic drug shots were true!
And if he were to do that, she would have absolutely no way to disprove it.
Of course, Drew has been ignoring Willow’s crimes while pursuing revenge against Sonny, which raises even more questions about his true intentions.
Drew Might Get Willow On Board With A Plot To Free Her Mother, Nina Reeves—Even Though He Framed Her!
Drew might get Willow on board with a plot to free her mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), even though he was the one who framed her for Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) disappearance.
He broke into her car and put Jack’s wallet in it, and with all the evidence of Nina’s very public argument with Brennan shortly before he disappeared, the WSB fell for it hook, line, and sinker!
Nina has now been in Steinmauer for several weeks, and even though Willow tried to pull her strings to free her, she’s been unable to.
As previously reported, Willow’s risky efforts to free Nina could backfire on her.
The one certain way to free someone accused of a crime is to give law enforcement—whatever form it is in—a viable alternative suspect, and Drew might just have one!
Ava Lawyers Up
In Friday, October 23’s episode of General Hospital, Ava was shaken up after being questioned by Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) about being seen with Brennan shortly before he disappeared.
She even suggested to Drew that they should move Brennan’s body, until he assured her the Metro Court cameras were off and the process would be pretty gruesome!
As Ava’s dangerous plan to move Brennan’s body shows, the walls may be closing in on both her and Drew.
But in the episode that will air on Wednesday, October 28, Ava will find herself needing to lawyer up!
Ava is becoming a problem for Drew, even with her threats that if she goes down, he goes with her.
Might he turn the tables by claiming Ava framed Nina for her crime, and she’s the real culprit?
Willow might just go for that deal if it frees Nina!
Annemarie’s Take: I wouldn’t trust Drew or Willow as far as I could throw them! These two have been manipulating everyone around them, and now Drew may be ready to sacrifice Ava to save himself. I want Nina freed, but I also want Willow exposed for what she did to Drew. Wouldn’t it be something if their latest scheme ended with both of them in handcuffs?
Do you think Drew will betray Ava to make a deal with Willow? Could this finally be Nina’s ticket out of Steinmauer? Share your thoughts below!
