General Hospital Spoilers: Drew’s Memory Mapping Explained – Was He A Willing Participant?

General Hospital; Drew Cain (Billy Miller)ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal Drew Cain (Billy Miller) is presumed dead. Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is still in the clear for his disappearance. Peter has gotten by with several other crimes as well. Should Drew be revealed as a willing party to the brain mapping? Could Drew’s confession be what brings Peter down?

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain’s Involvement Makes Sense

General Hospital’s Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) had Drew’s memories for a time. Franco revealed that Drew didn’t believe his family wanted him. Fans also learned that Drew resented the fact that he was given up for adoption. We also know Drew was jealous of Jason. Drew also knew about his twin while in school. Jason didn’t know about Drew at all. It would make perfect sense for Drew to have to be in on the brain mapping. Drew could have wanted revenge and joined forces with Peter to get it. Drew could have taken Jason’s place and his family before being revealed as the fake.

GH Spoilers – Drew Cain Could Expose Peter August

If General Hospital’s Drew were to return, he could expose Peter for his part in the kidnapping. Drew could reveal the Peter was in on it from the beginning and just as big a party as Caesar Faison (Anders Hove). Drew’s testimony could help put Peter in prison where he belongs. If Peter were to be exposed, Sam’s parole could end and she and Jason could be together. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) would be free of Peter and he would finally pay for his crimes.

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain’s Desire To Hold Onto Jason Morgan’s Identity Explained

General Hospitals Drew being exposed would explain why he was so eager to hold onto Jason’s identity and his money. If Drew wanted revenge on his brother, he would have wanted to take everything away from Jason including his wife and son. Drew made a point to be the son that Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleston) always wanted. Drew wanted to cut ties with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), Jason’s closest friends.

Drew wanted to cut Jason out of the mob and take away Sonny’s right-hand man. Drew wanted to wipe out every part of Jason’s past and make is over as what he wanted it to be. Jason fans who hated Drew’s character have suspected this from the start. True Jason fans knew that Drew as a fake from almost the beginning. Fans deserve to have the pay off they have wanted from the time Drew arrived in town.

The entire brain mapping story would make more sense if Drew had been involved in this from the start. Drew’s involvement from the beginning with Peter and Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) would have been a far better ending to this story. Will Drew be revealed as a part of the brain mapping when GH returns?

Why do you want to make Drew a bad guy? He was as much a victim as Jason. The man has a heart of gold. Guess Drew would still be a threat to Jason so he has to be made a villain.

Trying to portray Drew as a willing participant is ridiculous. Why even bring such a stupid idea up?

Personally, don’t even have a hint as to what Drew’s participation in the memory mapping was or was not. Those who liked the Drew character will have the same stance as those who are in Peter’s corner, both were made to do things they did not want to do. Both characters have questions in my opinion. Never liked the idea of Drew being Jason’s long lost brother, but always had hesitations about Peter from the first day he was introduced on canvas – don’t know why but there was just something about him that lead me to question his being a good guy. When taping begins I hope the stories of these two characters will be cleared up whether in flash backs or as part of ending these two particular story lines.

I loved the idea that Jason and Drew had started to bond when Oscar was dying. And when they started working on the tree house together you could see a mutual respect starting to form. Had Drew not disappeared I think they would have continued to get close.

I do not think that it would make Drew into a bad guy if he was a willing participant of the memory mapping procedure. I think he would have done it as a part of his time as a covert operative and would have tried to take down some bad guy.

I like the idea of Drew being Jason’s long lost twin brother. I mean they did a DNA test and Spinelli made the model of what Drew would have looked like before the accident. Drew is Jason’s twin and a Quartermaine. I think that it would be extremely cruel to take away both Drew and Oscar from the Quartemaine family especially Monica who loved them both. Scout would also lose her connection to the Quartmaine family as well. I believe that Drew is a far more complex person. I wanted to see Drew and Franco really connect after Drew got his memories back. I also think that it is possible that Drew and Peter are or were working together on this situation. I rather think that Peter wanted Drew to have some recollection of who he was. He did want Drew to have the flash drive. It made no sense that he would do anything to Drew. I believe in the end Peter will prove that he is a good person. I also think that in the end Peter has not done anything to Drew either.

I think that it would make sense for Drew to have been a willing participant in the memory mapping situation. Drew was at one time a covert operative while he as a Navy Seal. Most of Drew’s records that the military has on him are classified. I believe that Drew would do something like this if he was going after someone really dangerous. I do not believe that that person would have been Peter. I think that it would have been someone on the level of Faison, Helena, or someone else that was that bad.

I believe that it would be interesting if Drew was a willing participant in the memory mapping procedure. Drew could have done it as a part of a covert operation. I believe that Peter could be a spy or a government agent. I think it would be interesting if they were in this situation together trying to take down some bad guy. Peter had no reason to harm Drew. Peter tried at least three times to give Drew the flash drive with his memories. It made no sense that Peter would do anything to Drew. I believe that Drew and Peter could still be trying to take down their enemy and that is why Peter faked Drew’s death. I think that it would be interesting if they were after Cyrus and Drew and Peter are the ones to help Jason to protect Sonny from Cyrus. I believe that both Drew and Peter are doing something good for everyone.

What I think is this article is incredibly bias. Jason fans deserve the payoff they wanted from when Drew came to town???? Drew proved over & over again he was better man than Jason in every way that mattered: father, son, husband, friend. He wouldn’t even except Jason’s offer to Sam that they do have to payback any of his money. Drew needs to come back and claim his daughter and give Sam back her smile. It’s been gone since left. That’s the payoff I want to see. Who’s to say Jason is really dead and this Jason is an imposter waiting to take out Sonny & claim everything for himself.

Sounds like this writer is a big JaSam fan. Billy’s character Jason or Drew was always a standup guy heart of gold. If Burton wouldn’t have come back GH would have a lot of other stories going on instead of the mapping story. That was created so Burton could come back. Drew needs to come back to finish his story but not to make him a bad guy that caused the whole mapping thing. We all know Peter did that. Peter has been a bad guy from the start
