General Hospital Sspoilers tease that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is already stressed to the max, and now she’s about to learn that the alleged father of her child, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), is gone. Ever since she turned up on the Haunted Star with hypothermia, Esme had been worried that she would be separated from her child after she gave birth.
Now that she’s on the outside of the prison walls, it is tempting to go on the run with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) so that she can stay with her child. Still, she doesn’t want anything to do with either of them and just wishes Nikolas would come back and spare her child from this situation.
General Hospital Spoilers — Nikolas Cassadine Bid Bon Voyage
Esme feels like she has no one in this world to help her out. She doesn’t know how she got into this situation, and she’s still praying that it isn’t true that Ryan is her father. She might feel much the same way when she discovers Heather is her birth mother, too. But nothing will be more distressing than finding out Nikolas isn’t around anymore and his offer to take the baby off of her hands no longer stands. Whether she learns that.
GH Spoilers – Say Heather Weber Doesn’t Provide Comfort
When Heather tries to be of comfort to Esme, her efforts are going to fall flat. Esme knows how Heather feels about Cassadine men. She never wanted Nikolas anywhere near Esme’s baby, although it doesn’t make much sense to Esme still why Heather was ever invested in her child’s well-being. It’s going to make a lot more sense when Heather tells Esme she is her biological mother. We can probably expect Esme to cry out again the same way she did when Heather hooked Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) and when Ryan told her he was her father.
General Hospital Spoilers — Who Will Save Her Baby?
Who is going to care for Esme’s baby if she is in prison? Certainly, she will be headed back there for some time until she can stand trial, at which point her fate will be decided. Will her nanny from across the pond, Maggie Fitzgerald (Heather Olt), come to Port Charles and take up a job under Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) at Charlie’s?
Will Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) find a new purpose in raising Nik’s child instead of confessing her crimes and heading to become Esme’s cellmate? Might Laura Collins (Genie Francis) pitch in to raise her grandchild, or will Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) still have an interest in raising the baby in his father’s absence? With so many questions looming about who will care for this child, it’s easy to see why Esme would be anxious. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how it all pans out.
