General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) is slowly regaining her memory. While the new Esme has been sweet and ambitious, the old Esme has always been an opportunist. Will she set her sights on getting Spencer back?

 General Hospital Spoilers – Esme’s “Ace” In The Hole

GH spoilers suggest that Esme knows how much Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) means to Spence. She understands the two have a bond, and her ex’s need to protect his baby brother and “be” there for him.

After all, Spencer knows all too well the issues of abandonment that Ace could feel, much like his childhood, their father Nikolas Cassadine continues to remain absent in the baby’s life.

Spencer never wants Ace to feel unloved, and he’s overcompensating. This could play well into Esme’s plan to reunite with her ex.

The “new” Esme began developing feelings for Spencer, without knowledge of their history. As she once loved him, there’s a good chance that in remembering her past, their old love will resurface as well. The “new” Esme would never “use” Ace for her own benefit; however, the “old” Esme would.

GH Spoilers – Esme Prince Starts Scheming Again

GH spoilers hint that Esme will have a nice surprise for Spencer during the holiday season. She’ll likely carve time out for him to enjoy some special moments with Ace, but will she be doing it out of the goodness of her heart or to try and win him back?

The three had been playing “family” while Laura Collins (Genie Francis) was out of town, and Esme put an abrupt stop to that because of his relationship with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). It was the right thing to do.

But, as she regains her memory and begins to fall back into her old scheming habits, will she use Spence’s bond with Ace to solidify a reunion?

Will she purposely create scenarios where Spencer “needs” to drop by for a visit so they all can spend time together?
