General Hospital spoilers for Monday, November 7 through Friday, November 11 tease a dire diagnosis and angry accusations as Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) stirs the pot! Willow Tait’s (Katelyn McMullen) leukemia hits stage four, and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) overhears a secret based on a misunderstanding.

General Hospital Spoilers: Dire Diagnosis

Willow has known that she has had leukemia since early on in her pregnancy, and had been urged to start chemotherapy right away. Willow delayed treatment, worrying that the chemotherapy would negatively affect her baby, and she has just entered her second trimester.

She was going to start treatment in her second trimester, and has received an update call from Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James).

Willow has not told Michael Corinthos anything about the leukemia either, and brings her good friend Dr. TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) with her to Terry’s office.

They are both shocked and dismayed to learn she’s already in stage four-the last stage-and he embraces Willow as she cries and expresses her fear.

GH Spoilers: Overheard Conversations

Nina has continued to believe that TJ and Willow are having an affair, even though after she confronted Willow previously, TJ had confronted her, denying it.

Apparently she thinks they are both lying as she tells Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) her suspicions while they are outside in a park. Sonny gets a little loud as he insists Michael doesn’t need to know anything, probably wanting it verified first; it’s not that he doesn’t believe Nina, but those are serious accusations.

Then Michael comes up at the worst possible time, undoubtedly hearing enough of the conversation to figure it out, and likely wanting to hear the rest. He’ll hear enough that he’ll confront Nina about her accusations, and Nina will talk to Ava Cassadine (Maura West).

After Michael’s confrontation of Nina, she talks to Ava about her concerns at the Metro Court bar. Ava obviously thinks Nina should have minded her own business and kept her suspicions to herself, as she hisses at her she just had to stir the pot, didn’t she?

Nina looks ashamed of herself but the damage has already been done as Michael headed off to GH to confront Willow and TJ.

At the hospital, an angry Michael accuses Willow and TJ of the affair, which was a misunderstood situation on Nina’s part to begin with. Willow still hasn’t told him about the leukemia, which is a big problem, and he demands to know from them what’s going on?!
