Coming Up On General Hospital
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) explodes after learning Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is becoming a cop. Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) has a surprise for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
Nina Reeves Corinthos (Maurice Benard) smirks as she talks to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) about the “real” prize. Plus, Anna puts a desperate plan in motion.
Dex Heller’s Danger
GH spoilers for Friday, April 19 reveal that Dex is in deadly danger. Although Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) broke up with Dex over the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) hit, they still care about each other.
Josslyn knows that Dex joining the Port Charles Police Department will make him an even bigger target for Sonny.
GH Spoilers: Anna Devane’s 911
Meanwhile, Sonny explodes with rage over the Dex situation. After Ava Jerome (Maura West) told Sonny about Dex’s new career, he vows eternal unforgiveness.

Then, we have Josslyn in the promo clip. Josslyn begs Anna to reject Dex’s police officer application. Later in the preview clip for Friday’s episode, Anna is seen on the phone.
Anna urgently says, “We have to do this. Immediately.” So, is Anna referring to Dex or another situation?
Nina Reeves Corinthos’ Sinful Prize
General Hospital spoilers for Friday, April 19 reveral that Nina has an evil smirk as she toys with Drew. Nina tells Drew that they are one step closer to the “real” prize.
While Drew and Nina are scheming together, it is a dangerous dance. NOt only have they given into passion, but Drew and Nina are sworn ememies. So, expect a lot of chaos and controversy over their storyline.

On Friday, April 19, fans can also expect Lois and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to have a heartfelt talk.
Later, Lois will excitedly burst into the Quartermaine mansion with exciting news. Lois can barely contain herself as she tells Brook Lynn and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCiciero), “Have I got surprises for you!”
Plus, a scene in the promo clip shows Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) confronting Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Jason demands answers as he asks Carly, “You say it DIDN’T happen that way?!”
It sounds like Jason is questioning Carly’s version of the story, most likely referring to Jason Cates (Adam Harrington).

I really hope GH writers DO NOT intend on getting rid of Dex. He is a great character and there are a lot of ways they can play his storyline. We still do not know where he came from or who his parents were. There are quite a few good options in which they can go with that. Also, I love Joss and him together. They are the first couples story line that I have truly looked forward to since Jason and Sam. On that note, I despise the way the Sam’s character has been written in the past two years. We need to have our old fun Sam back!!! WE MUST KEEP DEX!!!

I totally agree with you about Dex…………..and about Joss and Dex as a couple. However, I fear you and I are in the minority from the posts of other GH fans I’ve seen. Now granted, it took me awhile to warm up to Dex because I refused to accept him as a “replacement” for Jason. But as time went on (and you could see the storyline was leading us to a Dex/Joss relationship) my opinion of him became a favorable one. There are definitely tons of different stories that can be explored with the character; I am only hoping that Sonny’s newest rath over Dex becoming a member of the PCPD doesn’t mean his exit is on the horizon.
Hi Kay, Please don’t take this personal, but to me Dex is a horrible actor he’s flat, has no expression !! After he says something he hesitates to move on to the next topic!! When Joss and him are together all they do is hit the sack, have they ever had nice conversations, walks in the park, go out to eat NO!! All these two is hop into Bed, which I find a little much she just started college and is this all she knows what to do ?? When Spencer was around you saw Trina, and him doing a lot together really have Dex & Joss ever done anything together?? Joss is a Great Actor, I would have much rather seen her with Adam ( whatever happened to him ) she really showed her Acting Ability with him than DEX!! GH doesn’t need to applaud College students jumping in bed with someone you first met, yes I’m not trying to be clueless but don’t ok on a Soap Opera!! Also Dex working for a mob Boss, and then to work for the Police is really Weird don’t you think?? Again like your thoughts, and these are mine…..
