General Hospital spoilers reveals Haley Pullos is just beginning to face the consequences of her head-on collision on April 29 according to TMZ her victim, Courtney Wilder, has decided to sue for damages from the DUI crash.
Haley Pullos Was Arrested After The Crash
General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Haley was arrested in April after a head-on collision that followed an initial hit-and-run accident. The driver of the car that Haley plowed into says that she is responsible for his hospital visit. Haley reported drove the wrong way on a freeway off-ramp and plowed into his car.
According to the lawsuit, Pullos was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana at the time of the accident. Wilder says he was behind a vehicle that barely swerved to avoid a collision with Haley’s vehicle but he had no time to react before she plowed into his car head-on. Wilder says he was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
GH Spoilers: Haley Pullos Was Out Of Control
When TMZ broke the story of the accident, police said that Haley was driving on the freeway in Pasadena on April 29 when she swerved into oncoming traffic causing the collision. The police said Haley hit the vehicle going approximately 60 miles per hour. Police said a search of the vehicle yielded the discovery of weed edibles and mini bottles of tequila.
Pullos was arrested for felony DUI following the incident. Pullos, who was also taken to the hospital, according to law enforcement, not only reeked of alcohol but also had watery eyes and slurred speech. Haley seemed to have no regard for the victims of the incident as she, according to reports, even fought with the firefighter who was trying to assess her injuries.
General Hospital Spoilers: Haley Pullos’ Shirt Was Her Main Concern
“This is a $400 f***ing shirt!” Pullos reportedly exclaimed as the firefighter was working to make sure she was ok. Wilder says Pullos was more concerned over her overpriced shirt than the human lives that could have been lost because of her actions. The documents claim that Haley should have stopped driving when she was in a hit-and-run earlier that night.
According to Wilder, Pullos should have never been mixing alcohol with the edible weed in the first place. Wilder further claims that the accident has caused lasting damage to his body as well as his vehicle, which was totaled. Wilder says he is going after Haley for damages.
Haley reportedly went to rehab after the incident as well.

She already had one DUI, Now a hit and run earlier in the evening, and a wrong way head on collision resulting in a mans horrific injuries while driving drunk! This entitled woman needs jail time after her stint in rehab. She physically assaulted an EMT trying to free her from her car. Her only worry was her F*$&@ing $400 shirt, she physically assaulted the ER staff to the point that they had to sedate her. She only checked herself into rehab so as to avoid the press, the public and the police. I hope she never works in TV again and I hope the man she injured takes everything she has and will have for years to come. She’s just one more sorry drunk on our roads trying to kill me, you, our family, friends and total strangers.
