General Hospital Spoilers: Is Dr. Kim Nero Returning?

General Hospital: Dr. Kim NeroGeneral Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that ‘Darly’ needs a shakeup and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) need a potential triangle. Viewers know Carly’s not taking Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) back the way things are now, but could Dr. Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) make a reappearance?

General Hospital Spoilers – Tamara Braun May Be Leaving DOOL

Fans who watch both GH and Days Of Our Lives, where many actors have criss-crossed over the years, will have noticed Tamara Braun may be running out of storyline. Her character, Ava Vitali was engaged to a character named Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) who was killed and her only son moved away. Viewers may remember Brandon once played Johnny Zacchara on GH and his character Jake was a mob type also.

There is a possibility that with her storyline seeming to run out at Days of Our Lives, she’d be available to reprise her role of Dr. Kim Nero on GH. Viewers will remember she was Drew’s son, the late Oscar Nero’s (Garren Lake Stitt) mother who became unbalanced and left town after Drew’s disappearance and presumed death.

GH Spoilers – Kim Nero May Have Heard Of Drew Cain’s Survival

Kim may have heard of Drew’s survival, since the news about Aurora Media and the failed merger of Aurora and ELQ went viral. The last that was mentioned of Kim was when Julian Jerome (William DeVry) went on the run, and he looked for her in New York City where she set up practice. She herself wasn’t there, but he talked to a housekeeper who had a story given her by Kim to tell Julian should he show up, which he did.

That shows she keeps up with the Port Charles news, and it was also revealed she has a young son named Andy Nero (uncast child actor). It is thought the boy may be Julian’s, giving Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) a half-brother, but he was named after Drew; Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) may be the father.

General Hospital Spoilers – All Kinds Of Storyline Possibilities

There could be all kinds of storyline possibilities here should Kim Nero return to town; of course, the logical storyline would be for her to go after Drew. Once he finds out that Carly lied about Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) DNA test that will be a turnoff for him, and might leave him open to reuniting with Kim. If the little boy, Andy is Julian’s then Leo will get a half-brother; if he’s Franco’s, that could cause friction with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). Of course, that was when Franco had been implanted with Drew’s memories prior to his being kidnapped in Afghanistan so Liz may make some allowance for that.

GH Spoilers – Drew Cain May Be Ripe For The Picking

Drew may just be ripe for the picking if Kim returns and she’s back to her right mind and right senses. When he returned he’d had hopes of reuniting with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) the mother of their daughter Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri), but she’d moved on. Carly tried to subconsciously make him her substitute Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) but he was firm he was not going to allow that; he needed to be wanted for himself. He and Kim once had a great love eighteen or so years ago, prior to his being kidnapped out of Afghanistan and they had their son Oscar to bind them together. Unfortunately Oscar passed away from an inoperable brain tumor, but now she has little Andy and even if he’s Franco’s, Drew will feel a bond.

      NO, Drew and Carly did not even kiss yet so we don’t need her thrown in the mix!

        So glad writers haven’t pursued a romantic relationship between Carly/Drew. In my opinion they would not make a good romantic pairing. If the Kim Nero character returns, hope it will be an avenue for the Drew character to have some sort of a story line as to date he has added nothing to canvas.

      Why keep bringing unwanted and unnecessary characters back to an already overcrowded cast? There is NO NEED for Kim Nero to return to PC or GH. Her character adds zero value to the GH/PC canvas.
