General Hospital Spoilers: Is Drew Cain Still Alive, Is Peter Holding Him Captive?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Drew Cain (Billy Miller) is still missing after his plane went down overseas last fall. A body hasn’t been found but Drew was presumed dead after a search didn’t turn up a body. But did Peter August (Wes Ramsey) really have Drew killed, or is he perhaps a captive somewhere, much like Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was for five years? Will he come back someday, with yet another face?
General Hospital Spoilers – What Is Peter Agust Capable Of?’
Peter did keep Jason a prisoner for five years because he wanted an assassin to kill his father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). Peter couldn’t do it himself, nor could he go through with the attempted murder of Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).
Peter hired a man to kill them both, but at the last minute, he stopped the attack and killed the hitman himself. Peter was also responsible for one other attempt on Andre’s life, but Andre either got away or the killer was only meant to scare him. It really is unclear if Peter could actually commit cold-blooded murder. He has no trouble framing others for his crimes though as both Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Leisl O’Brecht (Kathleen Gati) can attest to.
GH Spoilers – But Kidnapping Is Another Story
If Peter believes that Drew poses a threat to him, instead of killing him he could just as easily be keeping him, prisoner, somewhere. But why? Could he perhaps want to make sure Drew’s memories never return? Drew could certainly identify Peter as Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) will partner in the memory mapping scheme. Drew has built a life with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and seems to be trying to be a good man. But he’s still got his secrets, and perhaps Drew’s whereabouts are one of them.
General Hospital – Drew Cain Didn’t Even Have A Memorial Service
Drew had many loved ones, but there was never a memorial service for Drew, at least on screen. His story seemed to be just beginning, so even if he’s played by a different actor, it seems likely Drew will be back! Perhaps he will escape as Jason did, and be the one to finally take Peter down for his crimes!

Yes hopefully he will be back
Not sure if Drew is still alive as Peter will do whatever he needs to do to keep his misdeeds hidden and Drew could certainly blow up his back and forth redemption attempts.
That’s the whole problem with Peter. I don’t know how if it’s the actor or the writing, but his redemption seems insincere at times and the important thing in his life at other times. I used to root for Peter but his actions trying to cover his past make it difficult to be a Peter supporter.
No Drew needs to stay dead! He was boring when on the show.
To each their own, I really liked Drew, I wish it had been Jason who was on that plane. I know I’m probably in the minority but I can’t enjoy watching a hitman portrayed as a hero
I think so. He might be in the Boronsky Clinic where Peter stashed Jason.
I believe that Peter would want to keep Drew alive. Peter needing to do anything at all to Drew is full of plot holes. Before the 2018 Nurse’s Ball Drew told Peter that he was going to try to get do something about his memories. Then Peter got caught and he tried to get Drew to help him escape by offering him the flash drive. Drew did not want help him then Peter made the same offer to Sam who accepted. However Valentin helped Peter escape. Peter was going to leave the flash drive to Drew before Liesl kidnapped him. In the cabin Peter tried to get Nina to find the flash drive to give to Drew and for her to let him go. NIna could not find the flash drive because it was in the lost and found at the Metro Court. When Peter was saved Drew talked to Peter about the flash drive while Margaux was in the room which is why Margaux was able to find the flash drive. Drew later talked to Peter again about the flash drive. Peter never once showed any worry that Drew would get his memories back at all until this situation with Shiloh happen and the possible memory that has a 50/50 chance of even existing happened. I hope that there has been more to this situation and that things are not what they seem. I want Drew to be alive for the ones he loves. I want Peter to get back on the road of redemption and having Drew alive for some reason would help greatly for that to happen.
