General Hospital spoilers tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will find refuge at the Quartermaine mansion in an upcoming episode of GH!
General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Cannot Live With Sam McCall Due To Her Parole Restrictions
As General Hospital viewers will recall, Jason cannot live with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) due to her parole restrictions. Her children, a son, Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) with Jason, and a daughter, Emily “Scout” Cain (Ella Ramacieri), with Drew Cain, (Billy Miller) chose to live with their grandmother, Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) during the period of time that Sam was in Pentonville Prison, rather than living with Jason.
Since she has been released, they still spend quite a bit of time at the Quartermaine mansion, and if Jason wants to spend family time with them, the Quartermaine mansion is probably the best and safest place for him to do so to escape the prying eyes of Officer Delores Maloney (Andi Chapman)!
General Hospital viewers will recall that in last week’s GH, he spent quite a bit of time getting to know his new grandnephew Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theodore Olson) as well, while visiting with his nephew, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)! Sam has been living in Jason’s penthouse and Jason has been living – well, maybe with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his family – GH writers really haven’t made clear where he’s been living all this time that he hasn’t been able to live with Sam!
GH Spoilers – Jason Morgan Separated Himself From The Quartermaine Family Long Ago
Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall that Jason separated himself from the Quartermaine family long ago, even though he is by birth a Quartermaine. He took his grandmother, Lila Morgan Quartermaine’s (Anna Lee) maiden name as his last name when he got thrown from a car he was trying to prevent his late brother, AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan) from driving drunk, and they plowed into a tree in the front yard of the Quartermaine property.
Jason fell with his head hitting against a large boulder and Ned Quartermaine, (Wally Kurth) who saw what happened from the windows of the mansion, ran out to help. AJ, of course, wasn’t hurt at all but Jason suffered a traumatic brain injury which changed his personality and instead of returning to med school, where he had attended planning to become a doctor and follow in his father Alan Quartermaine, Sr.’s (Stuart Damon) footsteps, he became Sonny’s enforcer.
He was in his twenties when this happened. But as of late, he has been getting closer with his stepmother Monica, possibly because as he has gotten older – in his forties now – he has learned to appreciate family.
General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Finds A Refuge At The Quartermaine Mansion
Jason has lost two brothers – AJ, who died about five or six years ago, and Drew Cain (Billy Miller) who he got to know a little bit before he left for Afghanistan and is now presumed dead, and he also got to know Drew through his memories and personality which wound up in Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) for a while, as did Monica. Jason has also lost a nephew in Oscar Nero Quartermaine (Garren Lake Stitt) and of course, his father and his grandparents died quite a while ago.
The blood relatives he has left are his aunt Tracy Quartermaine Spencer (Jane Elliot) who recently returned to Europe, his cousins Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Palmer Watkins) who lives in California, Ned’s daughter Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and of course his nephew Michael and grandnephew Wiley, in addition to his niece Scout and son Danny.
Jason may not still be the ideal family man, but he may find living at the Quartermaine mansion where he can spend time with Scout and Danny freely may be a better option for him at this time in life, and a refuge from the nearly constant violence his life is involved with; and he may even find that Sam can sneak over there better and without observation and maybe they can – “get a room” once in a while?
Stay tuned to GH and keep checking General Hospital spoilers frequently for all the latest news, updates and developments!
