General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Takes The Fall For Cullum’s Death To Protect Rocco

General Hospital spoilers suggest that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) may take the fall for Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) death to protect Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

The Monday, March 23 episode of the ABC soap was literally chaos, so it’s time to speculate on what will happen next.

Rocco Falconeri’s Heroic Act

General Hospital spoilers for the March 23 show note that Rocco was a hero on all accounts. While lingering in the shadows at the docks, Rocco was privy to Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) plight with Cullum and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) as he not only overheard her supposed “goodbye” to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), but also her deadly confrontation with Cullum himself.

Rocco was horrified with Cullum’s behavior, and when Jason entered the equation, GH viewers could tell that Rocco was downright terrified.

Rocco witnessed how dastardly Cullum was to Britt; how he knocked her out cold and was about to shoot her. He then watched the struggle between Cullum and Jason when the henchman swooped in.

When Cullum’s gun got knocked out of his hand, Rocco shockingly took action by grabbing it and shooting the WSB Director in the back.

Jason was stunned, GH viewers were completely taken aback, but no one was more surprised by this action than Rocco himself.

Jason Morgan Repays The Favor

As terrible as Cullum is, he’s still a major head at the WSB. Rocco shooting him, especially to save a criminal like Jason, who had a warrant for his arrest that day, would land Rocco in a lot of trouble.

Especially since the teen is still serving community service from his last felony: breaking into Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) lab!

General Hospital fans know that Jason is exiting the canvas this week, so will he step up and take the fall for Rocco? Is this how Jason leaves storylines?

Will Jason be sent to Steinmauer to await trial? This could buy time for Jason’s “friends” to come up with real evidence that Cullum was a danger and that he’s been a double agent this entire time.
