Jennifer spun a line about wanting closure and Laura was gracious enough to answer her. If Victor is paying attention he might be able to frame Jennifer for Luke’s demise.

Victor is the real murderer so he needs a fall guy and Jennifer Smith would be the perfect set-up. After all, it was unreal that Jennifer popped and even more odd that she had a mystery call concerning mobster Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

If it’s true that tigers don’t change their stripes Jennifer may be in the background still pulling mob strings. Additionally, the pot is being stirred with mobstress Selina Wu (Lydia Look) making noises at Sonny and busting her nephew Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) out of jail to do her bidding.

Jennifer’s out of nowhere appearance is sticking out like a sore thumb—unless there was a reason she came back to Port Chuck. It makes sense that she and sneaky Selina would be in league, and her presence could be a convenient way to make her Victor’s scapegoat. Victor is well aware that Laura and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) won’t rest until he’s dealt with—let the games begin!
