General Hospital Spoilers tease Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) recent injuries may be life threatening. As viewers know, Jordan lost both of her kidneys after being hit by a car a few years ago. She survived when Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) turned out to be a match. Although serial killer Ryan was unwilling to donate, his twin brother Kevin Collins (also Jon Lindstrom) signed the release form. Perhaps Jordan has been living on borrowed time up until now. But recent injuries may end all of that.

During a murder investigation, Jordan was looking for clues when she was hit over the head and locked in a room with a gas leak. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) located his soon to be ex wife and rescued her but the damage may be too severe. The gas, combined with the head injury could pose significant risk to the Police Commissioner. She’s currently unconscious at General Hospital where her friends and family are keeping vigil.

GH Spoilers – Jordan Ashford Has Plenty Of Support!

Although Jordan and Curtis have recently decided to end their marriage, they still care about each other. Jordan is also still close to Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore), the father of Jordan’s son TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). And then there is TJ himself who has recently become a doctor at General Hospital/ With all of these people supporting her, Jordan has quite the support system.

Losing Jordan would not only be devastating on a personal level, but also would leave a big hole in the police department. Jordan has been Police Commissioner for many years, and has been instrumental in taking down several criminals such as Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) Jordan hasn’t always played by the rules, but she has been quite successful. Without Jordan to lead them, the Police Department will be in chaos. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) has been doing most of the heavy lifting in recent weeks, but Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) should be returning to the force soon. But even so, not having Jordan as their leader will surely impact their effectiveness.
