General Hospital spoilers hint Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) has found himself in a dilemma of the romantic kind. When Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) entered his life, all bets were off — especially when it came to his loyalty to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). But in the end, it seems that love — or, in this case, Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) approval — won out.

As Dex moves toward finishing Michael’s plan to take Sonny down, there isn’t a question in his mind that it’s the best choice, because he can’t be with Joss otherwise. However, he’s already starting to have doubts, and once Joss is aware of them, it may be hard for the couple to simply go back to the way things were.
