General Hospital spoilers indicate that this last week was thrilling, suspenseful and full of epic moments, with one that was 30 years in the making that long-time fans were gushing over!
General Hospital Spoilers – Suspicions Surround Cyrus Renault
We pick up from where we left off last week, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), who is already suspicious of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), questions a volunteer who works with Cyrus.
As he finds out more information about Cyrus’ volunteer work at different facilities, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) arrives and overhears.
Soon, they start comparing notes about Cyrus, and Josslyn informs him that Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), a witness in Rice Plaza when Dex Heller (Evan Hoffer) was stabbed, remembered that the bells Cyrus was ringing for donations stopped during the time Dex was stabbing.
This arouses Lucky’s suspicions about Cyrus. It’s interesting that the walls are starting to close in on Cyrus.
Later in the week, Josslyn brings her findings to police commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), who brings Cyrus in for questioning. Cyrus is smooth and covers his tracks easily, while Josslyn looks on.
Josslyn is soon angry that Anna does not arrest Cyrus, but she simply has nothing to hold him on. Josslyn couldn’t resist confronting him, which was a bad move on her part.
Cyrus now knows that she is suspicious of him, and it puts her at risk. Josslyn really showed that she was her mother’s daughter in these scenes, however it was not smart of her to go up against Cyrus.
GH Spoilers – A Killer Is Among Them
At the hospital, Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) is by Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) side as she informs Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) that as Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) medical proxy, they can no longer have access to him until they return her children to Willow.
Drew’s power and influence over Willow is very apparent, and everyone else takes note of this, including Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who does not like the control that Drew has on her daughter.
While Cameron Mathison is giving an outstanding performance, Drew became more unlikeable and unlikeable in these scenes.
Meanwhile, nurses go into Michael’s room at GH, and notice that something is wrong and quickly alert Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) also arrives, as Michael is going into cardiac arrest. Isaiah has a hunch that Michael has been injected with digitalis, and quickly administers the antidote.
It works, and Michael is improving, but their theory that someone is killing patients in the hospital becomes all too real.
Isaiah informs Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) what happened, and Isaiah tells her that someone is intentionally killing patients at GH. These were heart stopping moments, and so much fun to watch!
General Hospital Spoilers – Lucky Spencer, Elizabeth Baldwin & Lucas Jones Team Up
While Lucky was finding out some key information from Josslyn, Lucas was filling in Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) with the news of what happened at the hospital with Michael. Lucky soon arrives, and fills them in on Josslyn’s findings, and they discuss.
They start working together, and discuss Cyrus. They agree that they need to find a connection between all his victims. It was so fun to see them teaming up and working together, and this could definitely lead to them discovering the truth if they continue to put their heads together!
GH Spoilers – Jason Morgan Chooses His Family Over Sonny Corinthos
Because Willow is refusing Sonny and Carly access to Michael, Sonny enlists Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) help to get Willow’s kids back to her. This would allow Sonny and Carly to be back on the visitor’s list. However, they hit a snag and that snag is Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).
Tracy refuses to let the kids go, because having her grandchildren around, gives an ailing Monica Quartermaine (the late Leslie Charleson) comfort. When Jason arrives to assist Sonny, who has been trying to convince Tracy, she implores Jason to choose his family over Sonny for once.
Jason realizes that he can’t break Monica’s heart like that, and tells Sonny that he won’t take the kids away from Monica.
In one of the most epic moments in recent memory, Jason chooses family over Sonny, and it was confusing, amazing, shocking and beautifully done all around. The look in Jason’s eyes could bring the house in tears, and Steve Burton and Jane Elliot gave outstanding performances.
General Hospital Spoilers – Tracy Quartermaine Won’t Budge and Gets Arrested
Despite protests from Sonny and Jason, and later Carly, Tracy refuses to relinquish the kids to their mother. Drew gets Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) involved. Martin gets a court order- Tracy has no choice, the kids need to go back with their mother.
When Tracy refuses to comply with this, Drew has her arrested in a shocking move. Drew is really becoming the most hated man in Port Charles! He doesn’t care who he hurts, and what he has to do to get what he wants.
GH Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Has A Choice To Make
Willow and Carly have conflicting views on Michael’s care. Carly thinks the best place for Michael is a German facility with some of the doctors that treated Ava Jerome (Maura West) for her burn related injuries.
Meanwhile, Willow thinks that Michael would want to stay close by with his family and be treated. They agree to let Michael decide, so Carly goes into his room to ask him. What will Michael decide to do?
