Curtis has been working for Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) who had re-hired him to look for the codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) will. Jax, and Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) both have intel that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is not the true Cassadine heir, and this codicil, apparently written after Mikkos wrote the one naming Valentin as the heir, bears the proof.

GH Spoilers – Laura Webber Collins Has More Experience With The Cassadines Than Anyone Else In Port Charles

Since Laura has more experience than anyone in Port Charles with the Cassadines, of course she will be a vital part of this search for the codicil; besides, she has a special interest in the rightful heir, which she thinks is her grandson Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) receiving what he is supposed to receive! While he is still not legal age, that doesn’t mean that Laura, currently his legal guardian, could not put the inheritance in a trust fund that he can access when he is legal age.

Spencer, and Laura, have been in a war with Valentin ever since he arrived in Port Charles over the estate and the inheritance! Laura’s experience with the Cassadines goes back over forty years when she herself was kidnapped by Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) and was forced to marry Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelly-Kelker). That union, although technically invalid since she was still married to Luke Spencer (Tony Geary) at the time, produced her son Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher, most recently Nick Stabile).

General Hospital Spoilers – Psychic Chelsea Lam Indicated Nikolas Cassadine May Still Be Alive And In Danger

General Hospital viewers will recall that psychic Chelsea Lam (Jen Ray) “read Laura’s fortune” a few weeks ago when Laura tried to prove her a fraud; however, she told her that her son was in danger and clarified it wasn’t her son in Africa, which would mean Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson). Laura further clarified that herself when she called Lucky while she was still meeting with Chelsea.

There has also been suspicion since last year when Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) was intercepted between the Canadian clinic where Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) had brought her out of a coma, and the WSB facility that the mysterious male hand on her knee in a car bearing a Cassadine family ring might belong to Nikolas, along with sightings of her with an unidentified male.

GH Spoilers – Curtis Ashford Will Go With The Assumption That Nikolas Cassadine Is Dead Till Proven Otherwise

Curtis will go with the assumption that Nikolas is dead until proven otherwise, as will Laura, but since no body was ever found Laura, as her friends Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have about their son Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) will continue to have that little question deep inside herself that she’s afraid to ask; could my son Nikolas be alive? Curtis may wonder the same thing but not want to voice it because of not wanting to upset Laura, and keep looking for the codicil with Spencer’s rightful inheritance as his goal.
