According to Laura, “The GH shows that are airing right now — I was too sick. I had missed 3 days of work (that has never happened). Every scene I was just trying not to cough- I would have a cough drop in my mouth up until the scene started—.”

Like me, I’m sure you’re marveling at the gorgeous blonde’s ability to keep on going like the Energizer Bunny.

Since the show tapes weeks in advance, we’re also pretty certain that the talented actress is fine now, as she’s given no indication otherwise.

GH Spoilers – Coronavirus is keeping all of us at home and watching soaps!

This is a huge relief given the current state of affairs we’re all living through, wherein health has become the primary concern for many. Coronavirus has put a clampdown on all activities with watching soaps one of the few enjoyments we can still count on.

At the moment all four sudsers, General Hospital, The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Days of our Lives have halted production in an effort to stop the spread of deadly COVID-19.

General Hospital Spoilers – What’s next for Carly Corinthos on GH?

This week Carly had an intense talk with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about her arch-enemy Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). If this includes the time that Laura was previously sick, kudos to the star for not giving a hint while filming about being under the weather. She rocks it as she first tears into Nina for hiring Nelle, then has to apologize for jumping to conclusions.

What, Carly jump to conclusions, what a surprise! At any rate, Carly learned that crafty Nina has the long-term in her sights and is planning to smear Nelle when the time comes for the custody trial between her and Michael (Chad Duell).
