General Hospital Spoilers: Lois’ Lecture Will Turn Eddie On, But Not To Olivia

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) only came back to Port Charles to check in on her daughter, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). She saw the news about Brook Lynn’s scuffle with Deception and couldn’t believe what she was reading. It sounds like Brook Lynn might not keep her mommy dearest in the loop very well from afar. Still, Lois knew her daughter would need her right now.

What she didn’t expect was that the man she married long ago, Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth), would take to her so well. It took only a moment of laying his eyes on her for Eddie to feel a connection to Lois that he hasn’t felt with anyone else since his poolside headbanger at the Metro Court.

But Lois won’t be enamored with Eddie the way he seems to be with her, though she might use his affections to try to bend him to her will. Being ordered around by the mouthy Bensonhurst native will only fuel his feelings for her though.

Lois has never hesitated to lay into someone if she felt they needed a good talking to. Her intentions are always pure, and this time around will be no different.

She’ll think she might be the one person who can talk some sense into Eddie, much the way she could years ago. She might not have had a way with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), but Eddie was another story. He truly loved her, and she him — even if he wasn’t “real.”

So when it looks like Eddie remembers the connection between them, Lois could decide to use that to her — and everyone else’s — advantage.

Olivia was thrilled to see her lifelong bestie Lois grace the family with her presence. She wouldn’t take no for an answer when Lois wanted to duck out and take up residence at the Metro Court instead of staying with the Quartermaine’s.

Bunking with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) isn’t exactly Lois’ idea of a good time. But Olivia insisted she stay at the house so they could have a proper visit — complete with popcorn, movies, and catching up in their pajamas.

But as Lois’ presence starts to have a major impact on Eddie, Olivia is going to question whether she made the right move by begging Lois to share space with them. How can she backpedal on this without making Lois feel like it’s her fault?

General Hospital Spoilers — Lois Cerullo Is Torn

Lois and Olivia go back too far for a man to come between them now — especially when Olivia already moved in on Lois’ ex long ago. If they can get past that, they should be able to get past this. But the shoe is on the other foot this time.

Last time, Lois and Ned had been over for ages, and Lois was never really in love with Ned anyway. She married Eddie; he was the man she loved.

Seeing him again is going to hit her differently than she expected, especially when he seems to respond to her in a similar way, taking her back nearly 30 years.
