General Hospital Spoilers: Lucas Questions Britt’s Diagnosis As Groundbreaking Treatment Emerges

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease there’s a possibility that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) could have gotten a false diagnosis in that Canadian clinic a few years back.

Might it be possible that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) were involved in that clinic, and Cullum’s been gaslighting Britt ever since?

Britt Told Jason Morgan That She’d Been Taken To Europe And Revived, And Given A “Miracle Cure”

When Britt finally came clean to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about how she came to be alive after everyone thought she was dead, she told him she’d been taken to Europe and revived.

Apparently she’d gotten an antidote for the snake venom that was on the tip of Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) hook, and was pulled into a project at the Five Poppies.

She told him that she was given a miracle cure, an experimental one, to keep the Huntington’s Disease at bay, but she now was being blackmailed with it.

Both Jason and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) had plans to get the injectable medicine reverse-engineered, but then Cullum killed Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) after he gave Lucas two vials.

Fans remember that after Lucas gave Britt the two vials on Pier 55,  before Jason got there who was going to take it to Brick (Stephen A. Smith) Cullum showed up and broke them.

Other Conditions Can Cause Hand Tremors Besides Huntington’s Disease

Other conditions can cause hand tremors besides Huntington’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease or palsy for instance, and a much less serious one called “essential tremor”.

If Britt were a surgeon, then of course a shaky hand could end her career, but it wouldn’t necessarily end her life.

Britt and Jason were on the  run in Canada when she got her diagnosis there, and who knows how many years this quest for Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) cold fusion project  was?

There had to be some kind of a connection between the Canadian clinic and the Five Poppies for Britt to have been whisked away from Port Charles to there!

Britt Has Been Fearful, And Lucas Has Resolved To Find Additional Vials At Wyndemere

Britt has been fearful with Jason gone, and Lucas in a possibly dangerous situation at Wyndemere, even though he’s resolved to find additional vials there to reverse engineer.

That is the whole reason he took Sidwell up on his offer to stay there, even after Marco died-although his hunting expeditions have usually gotten interrupted by Pascal (Marc Forget).

However, there is a photo from a scene from the week of May 11 in Soap Opera Digest that shows Britt and Lucas sitting in her room at Bobbie’s, seemingly toasting to something.

Might Lucas have gotten some of the Huntington’s “cure” and gotten it analyzed, only to find it was a common medication used for essential tremor, which is never fatal? Has Britt been gaslighted by Cullum all this time, when she hasn’t been dying at all?
