General Hospital Spoilers: Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) - Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner)General Hospital spoilers tease that Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will be up to their old tricks again soon on General Hospital! On the Monday, May 6 episode, Lucy and Scotty were working on some plans for the upcoming Nurses’ Ball. But when Lucy spotted Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) at a table nearby, she became incensed at what she saw!

After some chit chat, and Scotty taking Ava aside and trying to talk her out of seeing Kevin, and Lucy sitting with Kevin and trying to talk him out of seeing Ava, Lucy told Scott they’d have to resort to their old tricks! Scott told her no, and acted like he absolutely dreaded that idea.

General Hospital viewers might be wondering exactly what “old tricks” Lucy was talking about. Scott and Lucy had an on-again-off-again unconsummated romance for many years, which culminated in a very public embarrassment for Kevin Collins one year at the Nurses’ Ball.

General Hospital Spoilers – Scotty Baldwin And Lucy Coe’s Affair Made Public

Scott and Lucy finally consummated their relationship in the form of an extramarital affair while still married to Kevin. Scotty and Lucy were making out backstage. The Nurses Ball curtains opened at exactly the wrong time and they were seen by everyone attending the Ball including Kevin. Lucy immediately regretted the affair and tried in vain to get Kevin to forgive her and take her back, and has wanted him back ever since.

Scott, or Scotty, on the other hand, as longtime General Hospital viewers know, was Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) high school sweetheart and they married right out of high school. They were pretty happy until Laura was raped at the Campus Disco by her employer, Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary).

She later fell in love with Luke and went on the run, leaving Scotty out in the cold. It was one of the most memorable and groundbreaking soap opera stories of the 1970s. Laura and Scott were later divorced. And in one of the most-watched television broadcasts in history, Luke and Laura were later married, with practically the whole town of Port Charles in attendance.

This was also the debut of Helena Cassadine, who was portrayed by legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor, who was a fan of GH and cursed Luke and Laura! This was the beginning of the Cassadines legacy on the show. Scotty famously ran after Luke and Laura, shaking his fist at Luke.

So now, Lucy wants “Doc”, or Kevin, back and Scott was the first love of Kevin’s wife, who he appears to be running around on with Ava. Will Lucy now try to get Scott to chase after Laura and win her back after all these years? Or will she try to get him to go after Ava?
