Overprotective Helicopter Mom, Much?

Lulu tends to be an extremely controlling helicopter mom who must control her children’s environments, decide who their friends are, and if she could, even what they think!

Both Charlotte and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) are extremely upset with being on leashes-it’s surprising that they aren’t literal leashes!

It doesn’t seem to soak into Lulu’s brain that when she was in that long coma they were just fine with others raising them-granted, Charlotte had a few challenges over the years.

But those were mainly when her grandfather, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was alive, and controlling her father as well as her!

Even when she was at home and Valentin was dating Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) Charlotte got into some trouble-burning down her townhouse-did anyone ever tell Lulu that?

Charlotte Hasn’t Even Gotten Completely Moved In With Valentin Yet

Charlotte hasn’t even gotten completely moved in with Valentin yet, she wants to live in Wyndemere and the auction of Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) properties hasn’t been held yet.

But no one would be surprised if Lulu went back on her word to Charlotte, and decided it wasn’t best for Charlotte to live with her father, since they’re NOT living with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright)!

At least if they were with Carly, perhaps there would be SOME semblance of normalcy; but then, at least they’re not on the run together-Lulu knows it could be worse.

Valentin hopes to be able to buy Wyndemere back so Charlotte can have her horse on site and be able to ride her-that’s one thing very important to his girl.

Lulu And Valentin Get Into It Over Charlotte Living With Valentin

What it really boils down to with Lulu, is she doesn’t trust Valentin not to take Charlotte on the run with him-and she really doesn’t trust Charlotte either.

This is what Valentin takes issue with when she meets with him, he assumed to coordinate getting Charlotte moved in. But Lulu made assumptions that Carly would be around to exert some control, as serious as she and Valentin looked to her!

Valentin is not happy with Lulu breaking her promise to Charlotte, and asks how can Charlotte ever trust her if she keeps changing her mind; it’s important to keep her promises.

He also reminds her how Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) broke her trust, and his as well recently-intending to use Charlotte to get to him when he was still a fugitive!
