York) will be one of the people most affected by the fallout of Dr. Kevin Collins’ (Jon Lindstrom) keeping his psycho twin brother Ryan’s survival a secret!

Mac, along with his wife Felicia, (Kristina Wagner) Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Kevin himself all saw that funhouse blow up with Ryan in it, over twenty five years ago! Mac and Kevin, once enemies, then frenemies, and finally over time, good friends will undoubtedly have some damage to their relationship because of this!

Mac even gave police secrets he was privy to in the serial killer case to Ryan himself, thinking he was Kevin, and Felicia was one of Ryan’s most terrorized original victims!

A new General Hospital promo called “Dante Returns” had a scene in it where Kevin walks through a dimly lit hallway and is sucker punched by someone from the side, apparently standing in a doorway. Many General Hospital viewers suspect it may be Ryan, indeed not dead this time either, but could it be Mac? Mac has plenty of reasons to be mad at Kevin for not warning people that his brother was alive, even if Kevin never thought that Ryan would escape from Ferncliff!

General Hospital viewers can guess that Kevin figured Ryan would be captive the rest of his life, or until he could be rehabilitated, and didn’t think his survival would ever be an issue and so he didn’t think people needed to know. Of course, now Kevin has his own fallout to suffer through for that bad decision!

Could Mac be the unknown assailant of Kevin in the hallway in the promo? It’s possible, according to GH history; there are several times that Mac’s initiated a fist fight, even as recently as 2014! He sucker punched Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) in January, 2014, and got into a fist fight with Kevin in May, 2014!
