General Hospital spoilers tease that Attorney Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) will go to visit Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) in Pentonville on an upcoming episode.
General Hospital viewers will recall that although Martin lost Nelle’s parole case, he told her not to give up, because most potential parolees do not get their parole on the first try. He told her that they would try again, and to be patient.
Even though it does seem a little bit too soon according to real life parole procedures for Nelle to already have another parole hearing, it is possible that Martin may request a hearing – possibly an emergency parole hearing, citing unsafe conditions within the prison – namely that a female inmate got her eye poked out by her cellmate, and a male inmate was stabbed to death by his cellmate using only an ink pen!
General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Not Able To Protect Michael Corinthos
There do not appear to be solitary confinement areas in Pentonville Prison, nor any measures taken to keep not so dangerous inmates separated from more dangerous ones. This goes back even to when Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) spent some time there and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) managed to get himself incarcerated solely to try and protect Michael.
Even then he wasn’t able to prevent Michael being raped numerous times by another inmate, Carter (Josh Wingate). Jason, however killed Carter in a knife fight while they were together in Pentonville. Martin Gray will likely cite that there are some individuals inside Pentonville Prison much more dangerous than Nelle, and fight for her early parole to save her life.
Martin may even cite what happened to Michael as a long standing security problem within Pentonville Prison that makes it difficult for any inmate to remain safe behind its bars!
General Hospital Spoilers – Martin Gray Will Prep Nelle Benson For Next Hearing
Martin will again prep Nelle for the next parole hearing, which may be an emergency hearing if his request is successful. Martin seems like a smart attorney, taking advantage of any situation that may swing a jury, judge, or in this case, parole hearing official in his client’s favor. Nelle will not be in danger from Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) but the parole officials don’t need to know that.
She may have been threatened while in prison by another female inmate who she may have gotten in the face of – maybe Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) and Martin will cite that as well. Cassandra had a knife she was flashing when she was talking to her cellmate, Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) so it is plain to see that security is very, very lax in Pentonville.

Cassandra may be the inmate that Sam was warned about who put out her previous cellmate’s eye, and if she has a knife and it has not been confiscated, she could be a danger to anyone she chooses to be!
