General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Reels When The Truth Sinks In, He’s Involved With Nelle’s Twin?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) could have a delayed reaction when the truth sinks in. Now that he knows Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother, he could reel when he realizes she’s Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) twin!

General Hospital Spoilers – She Shares Her DNA..

Michael realizes that Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) is now Willow’s nephew along with being her adopted son, but now there’s a sibling who’ll be his cousin and his sister. Willow and Nelle may have not been identical twins, but there is still Nelle’s DNA to consider, and there’s so much of Nelle’s personality in Nina. Michael feels like things have changed, Willow has changed, since the truth about her birth family came out, even though he knows he shouldn’t – he can’t seem to disassociate them.

As for Willow, her life may still depend on accepting a bone marrow transplant from a woman she hates with every fiber of her being. If Nina is the only match she doesn’t know if she can accept it, even if it costs her life.

GH Spoilers – When Carly Spencer Sees Nina Reeves She Sees Nelle Benson

Michael knows that his mother’s whole difficulty with Nina has also been that when she sees her, she sees Nelle-somehow she’s been able to disassociate Willow. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) kept the DNA match secret for all those months for exactly that reason – knowing Nina is her mother would make Willow’s life a living hell.

But now they all must deal with not only Willow’s mother being Nina, but Willow’s twin being Nelle, and how much passes genetically-can everyone really get past the possibilities? Michael barely knew his birth father AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) didn’t know AJ at all and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) later in life. Yet, people who know or knew all of them see them in both Michael and Drew-how can Willow escape Nelle and Nina being part of her?

General Hospital Spoilers – Now It’s Michael Corinthos Having Nightmares

Michael tries to forget Willow is Nelle’s twin, but now it’s him having nightmares – nightmares of going to sleep with Willow and waking up and she’s Nelle. His nightmares have Willow dying from her leukemia and Nelle’s ghost saying they swapped places, Willow holding Wiley or their baby girl and turning into Nelle. He knows in his conscious mind and understanding they are not the same, and yet he can’t get his subconscious fears to subside; he shares his nightmares with Drew.

Drew, the king of common sense, talks about Jason – he didn’t get to know him very well, but he knows a lot from his shared transplanted memories. He and Jason may at one time have been identical twins, and some things transferred genetically but not important things-and challenges him to realize Willow’s not Nelle, and never will be.
