General Hospital spoilers indicate that Haley Pullos will be exiting the role of Molly Lansing Davis temporarily due to medical leave.

General Hospital Spoilers – Haley Pullos Exit As Molly Lansing Davis

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Haley Pullos is taking leave as Molly temporarily to heal from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Haley said in a statement to Soap Opera Digest, “Unfortunately, I was involved in an automobile accident and I’m doing okay, but I am going to need a little time to recover. I will be back as soon as possible!”

In the meantime, Holiday Mia Kriegel, who is new to daytime but has credits such as appearances in BULL and ANIMAL KINGDOM, will be filling in. Kriegel will first appear on the screen the week of May 22. Of course, Molly is taking on a case instead of Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) so the character is needed on set during this time.

GH Spoilers – Haley Pullos Has Play Molly For Years

Although Molly was born during the Train Wreck episodes in 2005, Pullos took over the role in 2009 and has played Molly ever since. Molly is the daughter of Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Ric Lansing (ex-Rick Hearst), and the niece of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Molly and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellows) have dated since they were young teens.

General Hospital Spoilers – Other Changes Are Coming

As most fans know, Haley is not the only one of Alexis’ daughters who would be getting a new look. Lexi Ainsworth has played Kristina Corinthos-Davis since 2009 as well. However, it was recently announced that Lexi is out as Kristina and Kate Mansi will be taking over the role. Kate comes to GH from Days of Our Lives fame where she played Abigail Deveraux Dimera for several years.

Kate left Days of Our Lives in 2016 and returned for a while in 2018 before exiting for good in 2020. However, Mansi and Marci Miller switched off on the role a few times in recent years. Head writer, Ron Carlivati revealed that he was tired of the switching back and forth and doubted that Mansi would return for an extended amount of time which lead to Abigail’s death in 2022.

Pullos hasn’t shared any detail of her accident or specific injuries online or in her statement to Digest that has been released so far. As we welcome Kriegel to the remaining ABC soap for whatever length of time, we also wish Haley a speedy recovery from this unfortunate accident and hope to see her back in action soon as the assistant D.A.
