General Hospital spoilers for Monday, January 21, tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will try to unravel the mystery of Anna’s virus. Exactly how she contracted the virus is unknown at this point, but the two of them will want to work together and get to the bottom of it. One thing that will puzzle Anna is the timing of her blindness – could the dormant virus possibly have been triggered by someone, causing her to lose her sight?
Meanwhile, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will enjoy their time together on their date. Willow will feel that they’re close enough now that she needs to let Chase in on a secret. “I’ve been letting you believe something that isn’t true,” she’ll tell him. Will she divulge that the reason she had the bereavement group pamphlet in her car is because she gave a baby up for adoption?
Next, on the new GH episode on Monday, January 21, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will make Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) an offer, and it will have everything to do with Wiley Cooper-Jones. Michael feel pretty attached to Wiley and may want to make sure that his education or childcare is well-financed. It would be a generous gift from a loving godfather.
At the hospital, Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) will spend some time chatting with Elizabeth webber (Rebecca Herbst). Kim needs a friend right now, as she’s scared to death about losing Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) and how that’s all going to play out. As they talk, Kim will realize that Oscar is late checking in, which will give her something new to worry about.
Speaking of Oscar, he’ll be late checking in because he and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) are adventuring in the catacombs underneath Port Charles. Perhaps they can’t get cell coverage underground, and that’s preventing Oscar from contacting his mom. Joss and Oscar will eventually discover that they’re trapped in the catacombs, and Kim will soon start to panic as the teens have seemingly disappeared.

Meanwhile, Laura Webber (Genie Francis) will chat with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). They’ll discuss the serial killings, and then the topic will turn to the book launch party. They might catch a glimpse of Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) bickering with each other, and it seems that Laura will quip that she’d take Lucy over Ava any day of the week.
At Lulu Falconeri’s (Emme Rylan) office, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) will ominously approach Lulu under the guise that he’s Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and will answer her burning questions about Ryan’s murders. As Lulu told Peter August (Wes Ramey) over the phone, she thinks she’s found a link between the recent killings and Ryan’s murders.
That’s bad news for Lulu, given that she’s unknowingly looking Ryan straight in the eyes. She’ll try to talk to “Kevin” about what she’s uncovered, but it looks like Ryan will set out to permanently silence her. He’ll approach her slowly, knife in hand, as Lulu wonders just what on earth is going on.
It certainly looks like Lulu will be Ryan’s next victim. Will she somehow survive after he attacks and leaves her for dead? GH spoilers say that Ryan will take a moment to gloat over his actions, so he may just think that he’s finished her off…when he hasn’t.
Finally, on Friday, January 21, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos will chat, and Carly will be agitated. They may be talking about the serial killings, as Carly says, “he deserves what he gets.” Of course, Sonny and Carly were nearly Ryan’s victims in the cemetery before Lulu’s actions made her the latest object of Ryan’s deadly desires.
