General Hospital spoilers for Monday, March 3, 2025, are here! In the next episode, fans can expect Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) to deal with an unwelcome intruder.

Meanwhile, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) bonds with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Plus, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) encourages Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to take a risk.

Giovanni Palmieri Bonds

On Monday, March 3, Gio and Dante will sit down together. Dante seems perplexed as Gio explains why he turned to the detective. Gio explains that the detective seemed like the one person who could understand where he’s coming from.

Dante has an even more bewildered look on his face.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s Adoption Secret

Of course, Dante has no idea that Gio is actually his son with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Could Gio already be aware of the truth, though?

In an interview, the writing team teased that BLQ’s adoption secret might not be so secret after all!

Sonny Corinthos’ Special Request

General Hospital spoilers for the next episode reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has a chat with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

In a preview clip for Monday, Sonny gets ready to ask Alexis for a big favor. This could have something to do with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) warning Sonny about Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) imminent domain strategy. 

With Sidwell connected to Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), things are about to get explosive and complicated. In fact, Drew threatens Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

In a preview clip, Curtis does look rattled. The sleazy congressman tells Drew, “You take something from me, I take something from you.”

Fans can also expect Lulu to have a heart-to-heart with Spinelli. In a preview clip, Lulu encourages Spinelli to take a risk. Lulu is smiling at Spinelli when she says it, so it must not be anything too nefarious.

Also, Sasha deals with an unwelcome guest. In fact, Sasha grabs something from the kitchen counter to use as a weapon. Sasha warns the intruder that she will call the police.

Could this person be Sidwell or someone connected to him? Sidwell doesn’t like being called out on his sinister crimes, and Sasha did just that. With Sasha being pregnant, this could get very dangerous! 

Elsewhere, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) have a discussion.
