General Hospital Spoilers: Nikolas’ Plan For His Baby — And Esme — Is Revealed

General Hospital spoilers and updates reveals Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) has a flair for the dramatic, and he doesn’t see a way out of the current situation with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) without coming clean about what he’s done to at least a few people.

Still, he’s hoping he won’t have to tell everyone he knows that he’s having a child with his son’s former girlfriend — who is also a fugitive who stalked and tormented his wife. Nonetheless, he’s got some of the details ironed out, and he knows Esme won’t be a part of them as long as he retains control of the situation.

According to General Hospital spoilers, there is still a chance Esme is pregnant with someone else’s child. By some miracle, it might be Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez), albeit unlikely. However, it could also be Oz Haggerty’s (Max Faugno) baby or that of a stranger she met when on the run after her fall from the parapet. More than likely though, this baby is Nikolas’ child, and he knows the welfare of his child is most important. So he’s better off assuming he’s the father than refusing to help the situation until the baby is born and a paternity test can be completed.

GH Spoilers – Tease Esme Price Will Be Hauled Away

Nikolas recently let it slip to Esme that he doesn’t intend to have anything to do with her once the baby is born. Esme has to be wondering whether her days at Wyndemere are numbered, and what Nikolas intends to do after she gives birth. Despite Esme’s worst qualities, she is noticeably nervous and scared and probably doesn’t want to think about being separated from her baby. The truth is, Nikolas won’t waste a moment reporting Esme to the police after she gives birth. He may pretend she only just arrived and was in labor, or he might even take a stab at confessing to keeping her in his castle until she had his child. Either way, he has no plan to let her stick around once she’s not the host for his baby anymore.

General Hospital Spoilers — How Will Nikolas Cassadine Hide His Baby’s Mother?

The real problem on Nikolas’ plate isn’t that he’s holding Esme captive right now, but that he’s going to have to explain how he suddenly has a baby. Will he claim he adopted this child? How will he keep from everyone finding out Esme had his child without permanently silencing her? Nikolas told Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) that Esme will eventually pay for everything she’s done — signaling he doesn’t intend to hurt her. How will he explain his new bundle of joy to Laura Collins (Genie Francis), Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), Spencer, or anyone else?
