General Hospital Spoilers – Lucy Coe is a gem like no other

But first, isn’t it glorious to see Lucy (Lynn Herring) back in action on GH? It’s been over three decades since the inscrutable librarian first popped up in Port Charles. She is a gem onscreen, there simply is no other character like the ditzy yet savvy survivor. Let’s hope TPTB see fit to have her more involved in the day-to-day goings-on moving forward.

Which is highly likely given the turn of events with Nina and Sasha. In case you missed it, Lucy wants to partner Deception with Crimson. What would have been a win-win proposition soured when Nina saw that Sasha is involved.

Gorgeous Sasha is the face of Deception (how deliciously ironic is that?!) something Nina absolutely 86’d, telling Lucy to find a new model. Nina said no and later brought Sasha herself to Nina to beg her case.

When Nina refused to consider Sasha’s pleas, the imposter called her stupid!

GH Spoilers – Is Sasha Gilmore crazy and deceitful?

To everyone’s surprise, Nina merely unleased a torrent of mad words and let the model’s face go unscathed. Why? She would have been forgiven any anger given what Sasha did to her (make no mistake though, violence is never the answer).

We have a hunch that a big part of Nina wouldn’t mind reconciling with Sasha and here’s why. Number one, she genuinely bonded with the girl. Number two, it was initially Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) idea to pull the wool over her eyes. Number three, at the moment she’s lost her connection to Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez).

General Hospital Spoilers – TPTB should let Nina Reeves and Sasha Gilmore have some happiness

Given the way things work on soaps, it would be surprising if these two strong women make up overnight. The genre is called daytime drama, after all.

But we suspect that a sappy, sloppy reunion is in the works, for the reasons above and also because it makes sense.

Working together Nina and Sasha could take down Valentin, a man who has wronged them both. Think about it, wouldn’t the revenge be twice as sweet if together they paid him back for what was a colossal wrong against each one of them?

This is as good a reason for Nina and Sasha to bury the hatchet, not in each other, but in Valentin!
