General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Pays A High Price For Withholding The Truth About Mike

General Hospital Spoilers – If Only Carly Corinthos Had Known …

General Hospital viewers will recall that in recent General Hospital episodes, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) have made plans to marry. Of course, this is to show a form of solidarity to the Novak crime family, who has made moves to take over Sonny Corinthos’ territory. Although Carly and Jason do love each other, and they were lovers years ago – for a short time – the love they have for each other now is not a romantic love.

Carly recently poured her heart out to Laura Collins (Genie Francis) about how much she loved Sonny, and Jason is in love with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and deeply regrets hurting her to make this awkward, but very necessary move. The Novaks had already blown up one of the Corinthos coffee warehouses and diverted a shipment of Corinthos coffee in New Jersey, so even more danger could have been ahead for the Corinthos family and Jason. But if Carly had known that Sonny was alive, the marriage plans with Jason could have been avoided or at least postponed.

GH Spoilers – Nina Reeves Has Had Several Close Calls Already Regarding Her Knowledge of Sonny Corinthos’ Survival

General Hospital viewers will recall that Nina has had several close calls already regarding her secret! Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) saw Sonny when he went to Nixon Falls, Pennsylvania in an effort to convince Nina to return to Port Charles. General Hospital viewers will remember that Elijah Crowe (Dan White) had set up a robbery of the Nixon Falls Volunteer Fire Department charity barn dance. Jax had taken down one robber and Sonny the other, but Jax was shot in the process.

As Jax was being treated in the clinic where Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) worked, “Mike” came in there and Jax briefly woke up and saw him and mentioned it to Nina! Nina was able to convince Jax he was hallucinating from the strong painkillers he was on for his gunshot wound! More recently, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) did a double take as he saw Sonny from a distance in the hospital Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) was in where his pancreatic cancer was diagnosed.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Is Starting To Get His Memories Back

General Hospital viewers will have noticed from recent General Hospital episodes that Sonny is starting to get his memories back. He is having more and more flashes of déjà vu, as he did when he picked up a cap in the hospital hallway that looked like his late father’s, Mike Corbin (Max Gail) and also when he heard Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) talking outside a room he was in.

Anna came very close to discovering Sonny, and would have had she not had a nurse tell her where the helicopter pilot that she and Valentin were tracking, who was working as a Medevac pilot for the same hospital. It’s only a matter of time before he remembers Carly and their great love, and who Nina really is. But as “Mike” he is falling in love with Nina, and Nina with him. Sonny will need to deal with his feelings present and past! Love doesn’t just die that quickly!

GH Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Might Be Married To Jason Morgan By The Time Sonny Corinthos Returns

General Hospital viewers know that Carly might be married to Jason by the time that Sonny returns, and he could have past and present memories. General Hospital viewers know that Carly would much prefer to have found her husband alive, even though having had him declared dead could present some legal complications. But those complications will be nothing compared to the complications that Nina will find her life consumed by! “Mike” could very well be torn between his past with Carly and his present with Nina, and one thing is certain.

Carly will make certain that Nina pays a very high price for keeping Sonny’s survival a secret for so many months, regardless of how the truth comes out! Carly will put a stop to Nina ever seeing her grandson Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theodore Olson) ever again, but that won’t be all. Carly will make sure to convince Sonny in his right mind how Nina not only lied to her and Sonny’s family by omission, but kept the truth of his identity from him as well! Whether Sonny has feelings for Nina or not, Carly won’t care! Revenge will be first in her mind!
