General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Tells Valentin The Truth: She’s The SEC Squealer

General Hospital spoilers suggest Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) haven’t been all that close over the last few years since he broke her heart with his boldfaced lies. But Nina has come to forgive him in that time, and she has never faltered in being there for her former stepdaughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).

Recent developments have brought Nina’s attention back to Charlotte, and she is grieving for Valentin as he struggles to figure out how to help his mon petit. Still, she keeps that pain to herself, knowing she can’t divulge her secrets with Valentin to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

With Valentin trusting Nina to keep quiet about the security footage that shows Charlotte entering Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) hotel room, will Nina also spill her feelings all over Valentin about what she’s done to Sonny’s family? Either way, it looks like these two aren’t done bonding over secrets just yet.

General Hospital Spoilers — Valentin Cassadine Was Interrupted

When Valentin met with Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight), it seemed as though he was considering professional measures to keep Charlotte protected should the truth somehow come out about what she had done.

Of course, he has no intentions of that information ever coming from himself — or from Nina. His next call was just as important — to let Laura Collins (Genie Francis) know she was needed back home.

It appears as though he planned for his third call to be to Nina, but he was interrupted when Anna showed up at the front door of his new home, much to his surprise.

GH Spoilers Say – Things Couldn’t Get More Awkward

There is a lot we still don’t know. Apparently, we’re as in the dark as Anna is. Does she ever know her boyfriend just bought a house for himself and his daughter — or that he’s entertaining her living there too?

Moreover, if she doesn’t know, Valentin has to have all kinds of thoughts rolling through his mind as to how she wound up there. Her loaded question — asking if this is where he’s been hiding out — could have meant more than one thing.

The more it looks like these two aren’t going to put their cards on the table, the more possibly it will become that Valentin is going to start confiding more in someone else. Could that someone else be Nina?

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Reeves Has Her Own Secrets

There is something about people being vulnerable that Nina always gravitates to. She loves Sonny when he’s at his weakest. She likes the compassionate and fatherly side of Valentin — the part she knows is raw and can be hurt.

When she realizes that she is his confidante in this mess, it could make her feel that much safer about opening up regarding her own secrets.

Word on the street is that Nina and Valentin will become closer in the weeks ahead, and it just may be their secrets that bind them as they pull them away from their respective partners.

Will Valentin keep her secret — that she turned Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) in to the SEC — or will that information become of value to him as he tries to clean up the other messes he’s made?
