While many GH fans believe that Peter August is wicked and cannot be trusted, others feel that he’s trying to be good. For over a year, GH fans saw Peter trying his best to distance himself from the sins of his past. Everyone knew that Peter wanted to move on and forget about the fact that he was ever related to the dastardly Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).

Yet, in order to achieve his goals, Peter had to work with a lot of moving pieces. His past was catching up to him and well … instead of doing the right thing; Peter sank back into his conniving ways. How was he able to accomplish all of this on his own? The truth is, it’s likely Peter had significant help.

GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Gets Transferred To Pentonville

Now, Cyrus Renault is an impressive man all by himself. However, has no GH fan asked the question as to how an inmate in a prison in America’s North West got himself transferred all the way to Port Charles? How did that even happen? Well, some fans believe it’s possible that with Peter’s resources he could have pulled it off for Cyrus. Of course, this would beg the question as to why … but the answer to that might be easy.

One simply needs to ask another question. Who might see Cyrus as a resource? Who might benefit by Cyrus relocating to Port Charles … particularly if Cyrus was able to win his freedom? Is it possible that Peter will need to have a scapegoat? Might Peter be planning ten steps ahead when everyone else is making small chess moves?

General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Goes After Robert Scorpio

GH fans might be a little incredulous at this point. Peter has a connection to Cyrus Renault? What in the world? Yet it’s not so farfetched. Remember that Peter has arranged the board and moved all of Port Charles’s law enforcement players, including his own mother and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), like the pawns he believes they are. Peter has framed Dr. Liesl

Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) in expert fashion with no one able to bring proof against him. How hard is it to believe that Peter is moving Cyrus into position as a bit of criminal muscle? Everyone recently heard Peter speaking to a mysterious someone on the phone about the problem Scorpio might cause … mightn’t Cyrus be the diversion Peter has planned for the former spy?

The bottom line is that this is all speculation, of course. However, many Gh fans agree that if there are individuals who could be a danger to Robert Scorpio, it would be a pair of criminal geniuses like Peter August and Cyrus Renault.

      I am not so sure that those two are connected because all of Peter’s connections were connected to his father and the DVX except the few out of work goons like Bryce Henderson, the one Ryan Chamberlain killed. A connection between Peter and Cyrus would surprise me!

      I believe that if Peter is working with Cyrus it would not be willingly. Cyrus uses family members to get people to work for him. Peter has many loved ones now that Cyrus could use to make Peter work for him. Cyrus has many international connections. He has business in Russia and China. I could see Cyrus wanting Peter because of the connections that he might have with the DVX and the ones associated with Faison. I could see that Cyrus would want Peter to arrange for him to get Drew Cain because Drew has Jason’s memories of Sonny’s operations. Cyrus would have wanted Jason to be distracted so Peter could have framed Sam for him. Then maybe Cyrus wanted all traces of Drew to be gone so he ordered Peter to make sure that Franco was gone too. Peter may have framed Liesl so that Cyrus would not be able to hurt the ones that he loved. I mean Cyrus has made Jordan and Harmony do what he wanted them to do by going after the ones that they love. Peter has not been happy most of the time when he has been arranging things to happen. Peter does not want to lose Maxie, James, Anna, and other but has done these shady things that has put everything he loves at risk. If he was being forced to do these thing by Cyrus it would make sense why he has gone down such a messed up path.
