General Hospital Spoilers: Peter Prepares To Leave Town To Avoid Getting Caught For His Crimes, Writes Dear John Letter

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) not only has to worry about the hitman he shot waking up and confessing that Peter hired him. He also has to contend with the possibility that the Drew Cain memories might intensity in Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). If Drew remembers more about his life, then there is the possibility that he can identify Peter as having a much larger role in his father’s criminal endeavors than he has let on. Chances are, both of these situations will work out in Peter’s favor, but it won’t be long until Jason gets proof of his criminal behavior, one way or another.

Jason is the biggest threat to Peter having any kind of future in Port Charles, because he isn’t going to let Peter’s escape justice a second time. Jason knows for a fact that Peter was the one who created false testimony that Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) tried to murder Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) in cold blood.

GH Spoilers – Bryce Henderson would have turned on Peter August

He convinced Bryce Henderson (Brian Gross) to lie and state that it was Sam who paid him to free Shiloh from Pentonville. The truth is, Peter hired Bryce to kill Shiloh. But something happened, and Shiloh escaped. Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) was also able to identify Bryce as the man who tried to kill him when he first came back to Port Charles. Jason convinced Bryce to tell the truth, and Bryce admitted to Jason that Peter was the one who paid his to kill Andre and free Shiloh. But Bryce was murdered by Ryan Chamberlain before he could make a statement implicating Peter.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan isn’t going to stop this time

Jason backed off the first time he crossed paths with Peter, even though Peter held him prisoner for five years. But because Peter was Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) son and Robin Scorpio’s ((Kimberly McCullough) brother, he didn’t kill Peter or have him sent to prison. But Jason won’t be so understanding this time, he will want to either make sure Peter goes to jail, or eliminated for what he did to Sam.

GH Spoilers – Peter August is well aware Jason Morgan is after him

Peter is well aware that Jason won’t stop until he gets proof of Peter’s guilt. As much as Peter wants to stay in Port Charles and start a new life with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), he knows he is on borrowed time. So it won’t be long, once the walls are closing in, before Peter prepares to leave Port Charles, and Maxie, behind. He won’t want to face Maxie, so he will likely write a “Dear John” letter and slip away. If Maxie does find out about his criminal actions, at least he won’t have to see the disappointment and hurt in her eyes.
