General Hospital Spoilers: Pikeman Burned Down Anna’s House To Threaten Valentin?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that someone set Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) house on fire and the clues point to her beau Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Would he really terrorize the woman that he loves? Valentin is no boy scout and he is doing things behind Anna’s back, but the million dollar question is ‘why.’

Anna knows that Valentin is lying to her and that alone is cause for suspicion and mistrust. But can we tie his lying to the house incineration?

On a stunning Friday Cliffhanger Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) told Anna that Valentin’s car wasn’t in the ELQ parking as he indicated, and there wasn’t an ELQ water main break. In fact his car never left her residence, so theoretically Valentin could have set the fire.

Then again, someone at Pikeman could have lured Valentin away from the house and set it on fire to show they don’t play.

If Valentin has been trying to wiggle out from Pikeman, it could be that a message was sent with the fire, meaning to alert him that anything can happen. The good thing is that Anna was on a jog when the fire was set.

Burning down Anna’s house is a major message from whoever is toying with the couple. Anna was in the line of gunfire at the Metro Court pool recently that could have been another message sent.

Maybe Pikeman is trying to intimidate Valentin by threatening someone he loves?

The show has also made it a point to bring back his daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) so it might be that she, too, will also face danger due to Valentin’s dealings.

Things are rarely as they seem on soaps, so having Valentin turn on Anna after all they have been through seems like a convenient red herring.
