‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview March 13: Sasha’s Face-Off, Jason Stunned, Anna Defends Brennan

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Thursday, March 13, 2025. It shows Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) facing off with Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson).

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) has a close call with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Plus, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) defends Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Drew Cain Quartermaine’s Excuse

At the hospital, Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Portia are interrupted. When Curtis wants to know what is going on, Portia stammers to come up with an excuse.

Portia should know from experience not to hide test tampering from her husband. In any case, Portia is just making things a lot worse for herself.

While Portia does have Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst),  he has wanted her off all the criminal charges she could rack up.

It was enough to send Portia into a panic. It also makes me wonder if Portia might feel forced to make a deal with Drew. No matter what move Portia makes next, she will have to give Curtis some kind of explanation.

When Drew said he proposed a “business deal” to Portia, Curtis will want to know what the heck the congressman is talking about.

Lucky Spencer’s Romance

Over with Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), they are about to get romantic.

However, when Lucky tells his love interest that he REALLY likes the sound of that, don’t expect their moment to last. Apparently, Lucky and Liz get interrupted.

Slamming Sasha Gilmore Corbin

General Hospital spoilers for today reveal that in another part of the hospital, Sasha meets with Willow. That is when Willow takes her frustration out on Sasha, and says the pregnancy is the biggest con she’s ever pulled.

Willow also thinks that Sasha is just using Jason. There is so much more to the story, though. So, let’s see if Sasha blurts out the truth or holds it together.

In the next episode, fans can also expect Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) to ask what kind of commitment Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is asking for.

It seems that Carly is determined to open up Willow’s eyes about Drew. Will she be able to do that, or could this situation just get even messier?

Elsewhere, Anna tells a doubtful Jason that when it comes to Carly, Brennan doesn’t have any ulterior motives.
