‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview November 18: Dante’s Reality Check, Sidwell’s Killer Idea & Britt’s Risky Solution

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Tuesday, November 18, 2025. It shows Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) giving Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) a reality check.

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has a killer solution. Meanwhile, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has her own idea, but Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) isn’t on board.

Britt Westbourne’s Risky Idea

Let’s start off with Britt, who has a chat with Jason. This must be about Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), who was set up to take a big fall.

However, complicating matters is that the kids never trashed the lab, but Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) made it seem otherwise. Now Rocco is facing felonies and has been sent to juvi.

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is defending Rocco, but it was supposed to be an easy case. Things are more complicated now. Honestly, I would prefer Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy).

Dante Falconeri’s Reality Check

Over with Dante, he ripped into Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) once again. Just like last time, Gio didn’t mean for any harm to come to Rocco.

This time, Lulu stands up for Gio. While the detective sits in his chair in the commissioner’s office, Lulu explains things to him. That is when Dante asks, “So, you’re saying that Rocco did this to himself?”

Charlotte Cassadine & Danny Morgan’s Decision

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) meant it when they decided to turn themselves in. Both of them walk into the police station as Danny announces why they are there.

Carly Spencer Torn

As for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), she has another emotional conversation with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). The blonde asks if she can accept who he is.

Jenz Sidwell’s Killer Solution

At Wyndemere, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) meets up with his father again. The villain was not too pleased with Dalton’s actions regarding Rocco.

The villain explains to the lawyer that if “he” goes away, then so do their problems. Sounds like Sidwell plans on exterminating someone!

Sonny Corinthos’ Advice

As for Laura Collins (Laura Wright), everything seems to be falling apart. The mayor will get some advice from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

The mob boss tells her to hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. However, will they be able to clear Rocco’s name?
