‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Video Thursday, April 24: Cody’s Medical Crisis, Danny’s Grief, Sonny’s Preparations

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Thursday, April 24, 2025. It shows Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) in the hospital with an injury.

Jason Morgan (Danny Morgan) supports Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn). Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gets ready for his heart surgery.

Cody Bell’s Injury

At the hospital, Cody will be waiting to see a doctor about his injury. While waiting, Cody chats with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

When Cody assumes BLQ is annoyed with him, she does seem a bit confused. Cody probably still feels bad about blabbing BLQ and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) history to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

At the same time, Lulu did trick him into confessing, so it’s not like he intentionally blurted out the secret.

Brook Lynn is still worried that Lulu could tell Dante the truth about the baby.

Lucas Jones’ Interview

Over with Lucas Jonas (Van Hansis), he’s about to do an interview with Lulu about adoption. This will definitely raise red flags for the brunette.

In a preview clip, Lucas does tell Lulu that he’s glad his biological father came back into his life. This will make BLQ panic even further. 

Diane Miller’s Decision

At the law office, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) sits down with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Carolyn Hennesy). It sounds like he might get a chance as Diane and Alexis want to make one thing very clear.

In today’s episode, fans will also see Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) give her father a warning. However, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) asks if she’s giving him an ultimatum.

Does he have to choose between Molly and Ava Jerome (Maura West)? Of course, Molly loves her dad but could have serious issues once she learns about the blackmail! 

Danny opens up to Jason about missing Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Meanwhile, Dante and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) talk about Sonny’s heart surgery.

As Sonny gets ready for the operation, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Brick (Stephen A. Smith) will both be there to make sure everything goes smoothly. 

It’s a good thing Brick will be around as fans know an attempt is made on Sonny’s life as he recovers in the hospital.

Of course, this could create problems as the person holding the syringe is none other than Colette Moreau (Mercedes Lopez Renard)!
